Product works well. No visible scratches or deformities. Fairly easy to transfer users. My biggest gripe is they sent the wrong (old model) charger. Thankfully I have a usb c for my iPad already.

It was quite the upgrade for this old boomer, but I managed the transition easily thanks to the new e-sim system (I didn’t even need to visit the provider for activation). I paid $990 for a "Premium" renewed iphone 15 pro and it had chips in the camera housing, multiple gouges in the back glass and scratches on the sides. What a rip off. Next time I will buy new from Apple.

When it's time for me to choose a refurbished phone for my sister, I coming back to this refurbisher. I found out they are only 20 minutes away from where we live so I think I will go directly to them when I make my next purchase to see if I can get the next phone from them directly. About the phone. The battery holds a charge for a long time and the phone looks just like a new phone. No dents, no screen scratches. There was a tiny mark on the frame but I think it was just a mark due to a manufacturing defect when it left the iPhone factory.
