So far so good. I was a little worried about the other reviews about the battery life being pretty bad right off the rip. Turns out, apparently I was one of the lucky ones. Battery life is 100% and only 3 battery cycles. Had a few small blemishes on the screen(can only be seen when the light hits it just right), but I had a screen protector on hand so it wouldn’t happen any further. Other than that, phone came in excellent quality. Phone was unlocked like the listing said, and was able to put it on my cellular plan without hassle. Pretty good value for the money spent. It’s a generation behind current, and its about half the price if I were to buy brand new. Pretty happy so far. ... show more

Phone came on time on time. The screen is without fault and the body has light scratches but nothing a case can’t fix. The phone functions regularly no problems. It charges to 100% and last throughout the day. I think it’s worth the price.

When the refurbished phone arrived I did not know what its condition would be but it did not have any scratches and the battery is at 91% health. It was rated as being in excellent condition and that is what I received. The only flaw I saw was a tiny cut in the side of a lens bezel. I am pleased.

I'm in a similar mindset as another reviewer in that it sounds like some people are getting great, nearly-unused phones, and others are getting ok phones. I haven't have any problems with my 15 Pro yet, other than it seems to use a lot of the battery up, when I was hoping it would be a much bigger improvement over my 6 year old XR's battery usage. Physically, it only has some scratches on the phone sides revealing the metal underneath, and a very light scratch, near imperceptible on the screen. It was deemed a refurbished excellent. I'm disappointed though that it arrived with a 88% battery health and a high number of cycles in the 560's *now 570. That's a high amount of cycles. I'm happy with the phones performance and feel so far. It's faster than my previous phone, and some better connection experiences around town. No problems setting up or transferring. If you buy this product, I hope you get lucky and get a high battery health and low cycle count. ... show more
