Phone arrived in one day, looks new, seems to work great. My apps took a while to load during the transfer from my old phone, but the Apple Store redid the transfer days later and all apps uploaded completely now. Mint Mobile customer service based in Manila gives incorrect information, told me the Apple Store "couldn't do Mint Mobile transfers" and that I had to return the phone??? I got all upset for nothing, as that was INCORRECT. Mint Mobile simply emailed me a code and the Apple store did the rest.

This refurbished iPhone is a great value for the money. It is in like-new condition cosmetically and everything works as it should. The battery life is great, and the battery actually has zero cycles on it, so it is basically equivalent to a new iPhone. There phone did come with a generic USB-C cable which feels really cheap, but considering how good of a deal this phone is, especially with the 1 year satisfaction guarantee, it's not a problem.

So we bought 2 ones one works great the other was not successful. I don’t know if it was Metro or if it was the phone itself. I’m not sure, but I do know is that I called customer service and they helped me out tremendously. They even tried to help the metro place by giving them an attachment for them to go by. They still cannot get the phone working now my phone on the other hand they turned on within three minutes, no problem the customer service I would give them 10 stars they helped me through everything. They also accept my replacement right away. They were fast. They contacting me back and they were fast at working on what they were trying to get accomplished.! so I have nothing bad to say we wait for the new phone and we pray that this went out turned on. Thanks again for all your service and help 10 stars plus.

I found out a few weeks ago that I would need to get a phone for myself and began looking into iPhone options and came across Amazon renewed phones. After reading the reviews on renewed phones I figured that the "renewed premium" phone would be the best option for me. I wasn't disappointed when the phone arrived. It was obvious when looking at the phone that it had been well treated and didn't notice a single minor scuff or scratch (probably never used without a case and screen protector). The battery capacity still says 100% with 99 charge cycles since the beginning of 2024 which was a very pleasant surprise. I put the phone in it's new protective gear and set it up without any issues. I went with a very good carrier that could take advantage on having an unlocked phone (access to multiple networks) and am very pleased with everything so far.

Honestly it looks brand new it has no marks at all the battery lasts 2 days before me having to charge it again and that’s me using it to be on social media and catching up on my series at times. Came in flawless condition. The color is beautiful; it’s basically white with a light blue tint, which looks cool. I’m upgrading from an 8 plus so any iPhone model above that will be good to me! Setup was seamless and the phone is fast, loading all my apps and websites quickly. I’m not a heavy phone user throughout the day and the battery lasts me from the morning until late evening; I do not let it fall below 30-40% as I am trying to take care of the battery as long as I could. I also have Mac charging at 90%. I wish the phone came at 100% battery health like most reviews I see here, but 95% is still optimal health. Will update further if there are issues. This was my first second hand phone purchase and I am happy with it - 4 stars because of the 95% battery health when the phone still costs a lot. I realized it’s not worth buying brand new phones anymore, especially when Apple doesn’t really do significant upgrades year after year - e.g. - this phone is still almost $1,000 but it has a 60Hz rate and usb 2 instead of 3, which is nonsense, and you have to buy the pro models to attain these upgrades. Save your money and go with a second hand phone of any model.
