This phone worked for a couple weeks and then was shut off. When I contacted AT&T, they explained that this was a stolen phone. I then contacted the company. Which they did allow me to return it but I had to wait. They had to get the phone back in their possession and then it still took like a five or 10 days for me to receive my 500 and something dollars back. It was completely a hassle in pain in the butt. The phone was great quality. It was a good price. The phone’s condition was immaculate at first. It worked perfect well no scratches but it was stolen so it was no good. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Like the title says overall it turned out great but there were a couple of hiccups. The first phone I received was defective. There was an issue with the volume up button I’m guessing getting stuck because the volume on the phone would constantly turn all the way up and just flash 24/7. I reached out to the seller and they admitted it should have been caught during testing and offered either a replacement or a refund. I opted for a replacement as long as they could have it to me by March 16th. I returned the original phone on a Friday and it was delivered by Monday. I received the replacement on Wednesday which was a fantastic turn around time in my opinion. Less than a week. I ran into issues when I was setting up the replacement phone because it was requiring a software update that would just not update. It was a constant cycle of hitting “install now” then the wheels would start spinning and stop and prompt the “install now” again. At this point I was dead in the water because my phone number was already transferred and I couldn’t get past the software update. (And no internet was not the issue) We took the phone to Verizon where they completely wiped it and started from scratch and finally got it working properly! The phone itself is practically brand new. It looks amazing, sound quality is fantastic, no scratches, 100% battery capacity.
