In other countries or regions, there is a SIM tray on the left side that holds a fourth form factor (4FF) nano-SIM card. On the bottom there is a USB-C connector for charging and transferring data.

The media could not be loaded. Like the title says overall it turned out great but there were a couple of hiccups. The first phone I received was defective. There was an issue with the volume up button I’m guessing getting stuck because the volume on the phone would constantly turn all the way up and just flash 24/7. I reached out to the seller and they admitted it should have been caught during testing and offered either a replacement or a refund. I opted for a replacement as long as they could have it to me by March 16th. I returned the original phone on a Friday and it was delivered by Monday. I received the replacement on Wednesday which was a fantastic turn around time in my opinion. Less than a week. I ran into issues when I was setting up the replacement phone because it was requiring a software update that would just not update. It was a constant cycle of hitting “install now” then the wheels would start spinning and stop and prompt the “install now” again. At this point I was dead in the water because my phone number was already transferred and I couldn’t get past the software update. (And no internet was not the issue) We took the phone to Verizon where they completely wiped it and started from scratch and finally got it working properly! The phone itself is practically brand new. It looks amazing, sound quality is fantastic, no scratches, 100% battery capacity. I was skeptical about buying a refurbished phone but it was exactly in my budget and i don’t regret it at all the phone had a little scuffles on the corner but nothing major and my phone case covered it, I’ve had this phone for about a month now and I’m very happy with my purchase
