The media could not be loaded. Like the title says overall it turned out great but there were a couple of hiccups. The first phone I received was defective. There was an issue with the volume up button I’m guessing getting stuck because the volume on the phone would constantly turn all the way up and just flash 24/7. I reached out to the seller and they admitted it should have been caught during testing and offered either a replacement or a refund. I opted for a replacement as long as they could have it to me by March 16th. I returned the original phone on a Friday and it was delivered by Monday. I received the replacement on Wednesday which was a fantastic turn around time in my opinion. Less than a week. I ran into issues when I was setting up the replacement phone because it was requiring a software update that would just not update. It was a constant cycle of hitting “install now” then the wheels would start spinning and stop and prompt the “install now” again. At this point I was dead in the water because my phone number was already transferred and I couldn’t get past the software update. (And no internet was not the issue) We took the phone to Verizon where they completely wiped it and started from scratch and finally got it working properly! The phone itself is practically brand new. It looks amazing, sound quality is fantastic, no scratches, 100% battery capacity.     • Price is great , you save 200-300 but …
So this same phone , color , and storage is around 1300 plus from Apple not to mention if you’re even lucky enough to find it in stock. With that being said I did pay around 200-300 less ,which is a pro , however there is some cons . Cons ; shipping took about 1 week which isn’t long , just long for Amazon . Also phone was refurbished so there was sadly some small knicks on the top of the phone frame but nothing to crazy , screen was almost perfect , had super minor scratches but wouldn’t even be able to see if you cleaned it good and like us had a screen protector , The review that says it wasn’t unlocked is wrong , phone just needed to be brought to Metro or whatever carrier you’re taking it to and they charge 25 plus tax to activate it , Will all that I think those minor inconveniences was worth the 300 dollar discount you get for buying a refurbished phone with Amazon , I hope this review helped . Also my girl loved the phone and the battery life was 100 percent and the storage was the 256 rn indeed . ... show more

I didn’t know what to expect based off of the reviews and was kind of scared to purchase this phone Since it is refurbished. I have ordered two refurbished iPhones off of Amazon before and both of them were amazing. I received the phone with 100% battery health, a cycle count of nine, in perfect condition AND It came with a screen protector already on it and a charger charger in the box with a block.
