Honest review the phone is amazing!! I was skeptical about buying it off here and also because of the negative reviews. But I love it, it came on time and the phone its self is in good shape. It has a few scratches on the screen and the side of the back cameras but nothing affects the phone. The battery capacity is at 87% and I think it’s pretty good for a refurbished phone. My daughter bought this phone to upgrade from an iPhone 11. Physically, the device appeared to be in perfect condition. There was maybe one scratch on the side. Upon transferring her data, I discovered that my ESIM chip was non functional. This meant that she couldn't use the phone unless it was connected to WiFi. To figure this out, I had to spend 3 hours running from my carrier's store to the Apple store only to be told that the phone was functionally useless unless connected to WiFi. The phone was older than expected. It was bought in Sept of 2023, and the battery capacity was at 87%. The phone she upgraded from had a battery capacity of 78%, and I would expect better for something at this price point. I am very frustrated about the time I wasted, and wish that more functional checks were completed before selling this "renewed" device. Overall, this was not worth my money, and instead I will be looking in to trade-in options through my carrier. ... show more

Barebones packaging. Received device in great condition. Everything's working! Just a little dent and 2-3 minor scratches on the edges of the phone. No visible scratches on the screen and back panel. I got the battery on 88% which is acceptable. And most annoying thing because of this I am cutting 1 star is the volume buttons and mute slider. They are very mushy and sticky. They might have something red goo in it. Not tactile! needs serious cleaning or may be replacing. ... show more
