It came like new. I love it. It said that the battery health will be between 90-100 percent and it came with 100 percent which really surprised me! Everything else like new - no scratches on the screen or on the the back. Performance are like a new phone. Very impressed!

I gave it four stars because phone is in perfect condition A+ brand new says it’s only been used 12 minutes before I got it. However it didn’t get five stars because I ordered a blue one and I’m pretty sure this is white and not blue. Shipping box says blue but I’m not sold it’s white! But still nice phone works great camera is awesome easy set up good sound good picture quality. Has all the memory storage I requested good fit for me. So what if it’s white I needed a new phone as a manager of a salon and mom of two kids running a house hold full time job my old phone was running out of storage and space it wasn’t allowing me to do the job’s I needed to do.
