Bought the phone for a upgrade from my 12 mini, and just needed more storage. Bought in Excellent condition, nothing bad, only problem is that it does have a small chip on the front camera. Nothing i would personally look at so it doesn't bother me. I went from a 64 gb to a 128 gb, i dont need much i only use it for pictures and apps. but the 64 was sadly too little and i got this. a wonderful purchase and i dont regret it! was a little confused on how to set it up but I got it! The phone is in perfect condition. I bought the excellent condition phone to upgrade from my old iPhone 11 and it’s a night and day difference. The phone doesn’t have a single scratch and runs smooth and fast. The battery health is at 100% and I couldn’t have been happier with my purchase. I did have a little issue transferring from the physical SIM card in my iPhone 11 to the eSIM in this phone but that’s nothing to do with the phone and just my cell carrier. Item is not in excellent condition. It is scratched and used over a year. iPhone has an eSIM installation problem - either it’s not truly unlocked or have some sort of a hardware issue. I tried every troubleshooting step, including installing all the updates and doing everything they reccommend in forums. It still fails to detect an eSIM. Absolutely love this phone. Bought it to replace my old iPhone 12. Immediately you can tell that the operating system is much snappier and more responsive. The camera quality is a massive improvement over the old phone as well. This is an unbeatable choice if you want to upgrade your iPhone several generations. However beware that this is in fact a refurbished phone which means it is not factory new. I have had the phone for about 12 hours now and so far nothing bad has happened. It arrived in a 3rd party box but it did come with a wall charger and cable. As for the phone it had very minor scratches almost not even noticeable. It arrived factory reset with no damage to the internals of the display/pixels.
