This iPhone 15 is a nightmare. The phone is carrier-locked to AT&T and cannot be activated with another carrier, despite this not being clearly disclosed in the listing. After purchase, multiple reviews and IMEI checks indicate the device may be reported as stolen or otherwise ineligible for unlocking. I spent hours dealing with carrier support, eSIM activation failures, and constant SOS / No Service errors, only to find out the phone cannot be used at all. Absolutely do not buy this. The majority of reviews may be positive, but renewal devices are ALWAYS able to be faulty. The one I got has an absolutely horrible battery that the system didn't even recognize. It doesn't work at all. When I tried to erase the data to return it, I found out that face ID is 100% necessary. The problem is that the face ID does not recognize my face at all, no matter what I do. If you buy this, you have a chance of getting a faulty phone that is extremely difficult to return. ... show more
