The Purple iPhone 14 Pro Max arrived in excellent condition with no visible marks or scratches. Battery health is at 95%, and the device looks and performs like new. The phone was unlocked as described, and setup was straightforward aside from the standard SIM-to-eSIM transition, which is an Apple requirement rather than a seller issue. So I was gonna get a phone from Apple just to be safe but Apple wanted $1000 for this phone. I decided to get it from here. First of all, the phone quality is virtually flawless. There’s probably some scratches and stuff but I wouldn’t know, I guess I don’t pay attention enough for that. But, I waited to do this review until I set the phone up. The ease of setup was great, I went to T-mobile and the phone was unlocked, exactly as described and I had no issues setting up my phone. This product was almost 300 dollars less than Apple was offering for the same product (certified refurbished on the Apple store app). This was 100% worth the money. I know that some people received bad products but if you really need a phone, this is the seller to go to. I got the phone 1 day after I ordered it. Also, if you get a bad product, it’s amazon so the return is EASY. Take the chance, get the phone. If it sucks, return it. But just know that about 80% of the people who order from this seller get good phones. Yes, I would’ve wanted the battery health to be at 100 but for a phone in this condition, Apple is wants $1000. I’m very satisfied, everything works on the phone. I’m able to do whatever I want on it and it hasn’t given me any problems (I will update if it does). If you’re deciding between this seller and Apple, I’d say get it from this seller.

Unfortunately, I've had multiple bad experiences with these so-called “renewed” devices. Fool me once, shame on you, but fool me twice, shame on me. The first premium renewed device (iPhone 14 Pro Max) came with multiple scratches included a small chip on the frame of one of the lens. According to Amazon, a device is classified as “premium” if any imperfection can’t be seen within an arm length— and this was certainly not the case. I returned the device and re-ordered another. Their return policy by the way, is horrendous: You have to wait about a month (In almost any scenario) to get your money back in full. So while I waited for $1,000 to be returned, I placed another $1,000 order because I needed a phone. This phone looked cosmetically great. There was only one (big) problem I later discovered: the GPS didn’t work! It was glitchy on both Apple and Google Maps. I reached out to Apple and they told me their diagnostic test indicated a deeper analysis will be needed and a repair would be likely. I decided I didn’t want to deal with Amazon anymore and returned the device. As I wait now for $2,000 in total be returned, I went to the Apple Store and buy a brand new device. I got the iPhone 15 Pro Max instead. Although I paid a bit more, there’s peace of mind of a better return policy, a clean phone, and an overall experience. Folks, if you’re going to spend hundreds on a phone, PLEASE just buy yourself a new one and save yourself a headache. Amazon is not the convenient, reliable company it once was.

I would have given five stars but the charging cable I got was already defective. If you're planning to purchase this item keep in mind that you will also need to purchase a cord to use with it. The device came in great condition; no conspicuous marks of degradation were noticed. You'd need a microscope and good lighting if you really want to see the scratches on this renewed premium product. The battery health came at 93%, I would have hoped for 100% but only because I bear the right to dream. Overall satisfied with my purchase. Phone works well so far. Will update as necessary my review
