Do not buy from this seller. I never review anything on amazon but this should be a 0 star product. I bought what was advertised as the best version available ā an iPhone 14 Pro Max in "excellent" condition. The first unit they sent arrived with 81% battery health and an aftermarket screen (this model never shipped with anything but Apple OEM). I complained and returned it. The replacement was a little better at 91% battery health, which I was fine with ā but it also had a non-OEM aftermarket screen. I figured it would hold up. It didn't. Before you read this, the phone was never dropped, not once, in a case with a screen protector without any damage. After two months the touchscreen started misbehaving and freezing constantly. I took it to the Apple Store, and the only fix they had was a soft reset, which bought me about a month before the freezing came back. By month three it was freezing daily ā the soft reset would temporarily revive it, but at that point I'd already passed the seller's window, and they told me they could no longer refund me since it was over 90 days. About a month later the screen froze completely and stopped working altogether. Apple told me there was nothing they could do, and I had to buy a brand-new phone to stay functional. I decided to repair the dead unit myself. Once I opened it up, the truth was obvious: the seller had installed the cheapest, lowest-quality aftermarket screen money can buy. On top of that, whoever did the swap left out two of the screws that hold internal components in place. I replaced it with a high-quality screen for about $200 total, and now it finally works the way it should have from day one. Bottom line: I was sold a phone with a garbage screen and a sloppy repair job, then left without recourse once the freezing started after the return window closed. Save yourself the money and the headache ā buy elsewhere.

This phone honestly is great. The phone came within 3 days from my purchase (I have prime). The condition of the phone was very good. The phone is refurbished excellent & I believe they did a decent job! Everything works, camera, speakers, microphones, Face ID and the screen. It came with a charger cord (no head) and it was nicely and neatly packaged. The battery percentage I received was 86.. ehh not terrible but granted I do wish it was around 90, I honestly havenāt had any real issues with charging or the battery life since Iāve received it. Works for a couple hours max before having to charge it. The phone did come with a couple scratches but they were VERY minor and not noticeable at all unless you are inspecting the phone up close, so I do not mind. There is a bit of lagging here and there while I use the phone but itās not terribly slow to the point where the phone is unresponsive. Iām super observant and Iām on my phone 24/7 so I can tell the screen does a little bit of flickering but I believe thatās bc is a refurbished phone??? Idk again maybe my eyes are deceiving me, Iām not too picky because the phone does meet my needs and the customer service was great and the phone overall came in great condition as well. And after a while I forget about it and literally donāt notice it at all, so Iām okay. Back to customer service I reached out a few days before I received the phone and the seller answered the questions I had. They were a little vague but my questions were answered. I have a pretty long time to make a final decision and return the phone if thatās what the future entails. But to be completely honest I am satisfied with my purchase. And Iād give it a 8.5/10! Iāll update in a couple weeks for my final thoughts.

I am a PC and Android guy and don't particularly care for Apple products...until now. My wife on the other hand has an Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max and likes Apple products. This is my first Apple smartphone. This review is about the condition of the Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max that I purchased from this seller. I will not say much about the smartphone itself as there are many other reviews on it. The seller advertised the item as renewed and in excellent condition. I received the smartphone in 4 days which was a nice surprise because the original estimated delivery date was 7-10 days. The iPhone package came in a plain white box (not the original Apple box) and included a generic lightning to USB-A charging cable. Nothing else is included. FYI, Apple did not include a charger with the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Out of the box, I inspected the item very carefully and up close. It looked just like brand new. Looking from closer than 12 inches, there were no scratches, dents, or nicks anywhere. I did find two very small paint chips on one corner edge of the outer steel frame. One paint chip was about 1/16 inch in size and the other was even smaller than that. From 12 inches away, the paint chips are barely noticeable but I can see them. A cell phone case will cover them up anyway so it's not an issue for me. I fully charged up the iPhone and turned it on. It booted up right away and I went through the setup process and connected it to my wi-fi router. I called my service provider, T-Mobile, and provided the necessary information to transfer the service to my new phone. I had a slight hitch where I could not make phone calls. I found out that I had to click setup in the cellular setting. Once I did that, I was connected to my service provider. Phone calls then went through without a problem. Also, I was able to pair my generic earplugs via Bluetooth very easily and quick. The renewed iPhone shows the battery health maximum capacity to be at 92% relative to when it was new. That is very good. Daily, I have used many apps, checked emails, made phone calls/texting, taken photos/videos, etc., and found minimal battery drainage. I can probably go a few days without recharging. The Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max is bigger and heavier than my previous Samsung Galaxy S9 smartphone so that is something you may consider if size and weight are an issue. All in all, I love the Apple iPhone Pro Max and I can say this is a good and honest seller.

I love it so far the only thing I would say is the phone dies kinda fast I was expecting better battery life and it overheats really fast like it over heats even when ur not on it when I first got it it was overheating I got the good one but I feel like I got excellent quality it came with no scratches it came with a charger and the battery health was at 100% I love the color the camera is pretty decent itās just like a normal camera quality the size is big enough for me but I was a little scared to buy this because I seen mixed rewiews but Iām glad I did get it and the shipping was really fast came in 2 days I only had it for 1 day and itās good so far but I donāt know how it will be later on and Iām planning on getting my mom one for her birthday from this same seller.

But my calls starting to drop. No it's not my service. At one point 5 different phone on the same service, at the same location and only this phone was hang up the calls. Recently reset, will be monitoring for future problems
