The media could not be loaded. After reading every single review on this item, I was super nervous and hesitant on purchasing it. It seemed like it was 50/50. Either you would get a perfect phone or get a phone with not so great battery health and/or cosmetic damage. I got lucky and received a perfect phone! I have never purchased a phone off of Amazon before but I’m so glad I did😁 I did not notice any cosmetic wear or damage on my phone. It comes with a charging cord but no wall plug for it. This phone is absolutely perfect! Amazon did not disappoint 😁 This phone looks and performs as if I got it brand new out of the store! I love it so much. I upgraded from the iPhone 10 to this phone (iPhone 14 pro max) and I’m absolutely in love with this phone! It seems lighter and bigger than the iPhone 10! Battery life is 100% which I’m super glad, that seemed to be a lot of concerns people had in their reviews. Phone was at 36% when I got it all set up but charged very quickly! Camera looked good, no scratches or damage to it from what I could see! The only con I guess would be the box was what appeared to be is all scratched up but it did not affect the phone at all. Came just as described the only thing I noticed were a couple minor problems a tiny scratch on the screen which is barely noticeable and some chipping on the side of the phone in the silver part but the case covers that up perfectly and the battery health is at 92%! Over all I’m happy with the performance of this phone! Would definitely recommend if you don’t feel like dropping 1,000 on a phone and just get one in excellent refurbished condition. My purchase of iPhone 14 Pro Max, 1 TB First, the cons: - 87% battery health/capacity out of box, which is within their 80-100% specified range for a refurbished phone, but should not qualify as "excellent" condition. This phone has clearly been put through quite a few charging cycles. As soon as the battery capacity falls to 80%, the iOS will throttle down the performance to decrease power consumption. I will need to spend roughly $100 to get a new battery within the next year or so. - There is a minor scratch near the small screen-side camera, which does not seem to impact the photo quality but is easily visible from beyond the 12" distance that they claim you should not be able to see any damage from. - There was a bit of grimy residue around the base of the three main cameras; that area could have been cleaned better. - For the price paid for this phone, quality should be spec'd as "very good" overall rather than "excellent." - Very generic, uninspiring box it was packaged in. Says "Smartphone Device - Data Apps Web" and looks like a prank gift box for a white elephant gift exchange. Overall weak packaging and shipping mailer. The box should be iphone 14 pro max specific and a bit higher quality for the > $900 price tag. The pros: - Function has been perfect - Overall appearance, with exception of very small scratches on screen, is like-new - Fast shipping - Provided a wall charger and USB-C to Lightning power adapter - Price seems reasonable for what you get Conclusion: Worth the cost and overall happy with the quality of the phone. My only significant pain point is the 87% battery health I got with my phone. For the amount of money they're charging, I would recommend that they work in battery replacement for any phone below 95% battery health. A phone in "excellent" condition should have an almost-new if not brand new battery. ... show more

Was a little hesitant to purchase a phone on Amazon but it was great transaction. Phone arrived in one day. Phone came in excellent shape, no scratches at all. The only thing I noticed was battery life was 86% but battery lasts me all day. Functions as it should. Good deal.

I decided to take a chance on “Renewed”. Was nervous when I opened the package and saw a bubbly wrap bag. But the 14 pro max has no outside scratchs or dents. It’s been 2.5 days (60 hours) since set up. I have needed to charged it once only. Still has 84% battery left. Good value! A 15 pro max with the same capacity (1T) costs $1599 ... show more

I received my iPhone 14 Pro Max in great condition. There are no visible dents, cracks, or scratches, aside from very minimal marks on the side-casing that are not even visible enough to photograph (extremely minimal wear). However, upon receiving the phone, I noticed there is a very visible amount of dirt around the screen, and especially in the top microphone. It’s almost caked in there, and I’ve been unable to clean it myself. It seems as if the screen was replaced without the inner rim being cleaned first. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but it definitely ruins the experience of opening a “new” product and seeing dirt. I would expect this from a grade lower than excellent. The only reason it’s getting four stars is the dirt. Cleaning should be a priority equal to functionality, and surely costs less than new parts. Other than that, the phone was correctly carrier locked, arrived quickly, and had a battery life of 97%. It also appears to have brand new back glass, which is nice. I’m overall happy with the condition of the device. Perhaps go premium if you are the type to get joy out of unboxing “new” things. ... show more
