The media could not be loaded. Literally RIGHT out of the box, most of the screen is broken and coming off the phone. The home buttons looks like it’s misplaced on the phone. Phone is dirty, when I turned it on it wasn’t even half way charged, maybe at 30%. This is incredibly unprofessional for $500.00.
