If you are reading this, you are probably in the market for an iPhone (like i was), and just want to verify 1) the price; and 2) the quality of these used 3rd party iPhones. So let's take a look at my decision process: Why the 14 Pro Max? - 14: I always buy one generation behind because it is usually at a 40+% discount, and the 14 is very similar to the 15 in terms of aesthetic and performance. 13 lags a little in these two categories and isn't at a proportional discount, so the 14 makes perfect sense. - Pro: offers everything the base models offer and so much more. Camera, performance, battery... everything is better with the Pro - Pro Max: costs ~70-100$ more than the base depending on the market. Only recommend if you want the larger screen/battery. My experience: Bought from a 3rd party seller. My phone came with very minor scratches along the edges that take my entire focus to notice. Battery health was at 98%. Phone runs perfectly otherwise. If I am unsatisfied for any reason, Amazon allows returns within 90 days no questions asked. There is essentially no risk buying Amazon renewed and even if you are worried, renewed premium at +50-80$ more will give you a 1 year warranty. I highly recommend! ... show more

From what I can tell from the other reviews. Buying from here is a 50-50 gamble. The iPhone I received has very noticeable damage. Damage around the cameras, the edge and scratches on the screen. Very noticeable in person (not so much in the photos). But the worst part is the cameras. After booting up the phone, I got a message saying it cannot verify if the camera is genuine. Which leads me to believe the camera module has been replaced with a 3rd party part - WHICH DOESNT WORK! After opening the camera app, I realized the only camera working is the bottom camera. The other two are not working at all. In the camera app it is missing the options for the other cameras. Very disappointing. I will be returning it and buying another, hopefully in better condition. If the next one isn’t any better, I will definitely be buying elsewhere. ... show more

Phone was packaged properly, came in great condition too no scratches it’s also runs fast and it’s very convenient. I definitely recommend this seller. Only thing I didn’t like was that the battery capacity came at 94% but besides that I love the phone.

Phone is in good condition not excellent as described. No cracks or flaws but agree with other reviews battery life is 80% For an excellent condition it should be closer to 100 or at least above 90. My other phone I’ve had for 3 years is at the same battery life. Should describe better. Other than that phone is good. Not excellent just good. ... show more

Make sure your phone is unlocked! I was able to use mine for a year through a prepaid service called mint. But when I tried transferring my phone to my wife who uses AT&T it wouldn’t work because the phone is still locked with T-Mobile. T-Mobile said they could not unlock it because the account is closed and has a T-Mobile said they could not unlock it because the account is closed and has an outstanding balance. The only other option for me is to pay a third-party to unlock it, which can be expensive. Since I’ve had the phone for over 3 months I am unable to even contact customer service. There are no links to contact them and my phone is no longer listed as an order that even qualifies for customer service. It has been impossible for me to contact a human through any means. It has been very frustrating. I hope this helps someone else avoid the headache that I’ve been through. ... show more
