when i first got the phone battery life was 85% a couple of days later battery life is 77%. Phone could be fully charged and turn off and when it comes back on its on 10%. Front screen has been lifted a little since i got it.

I was a little hesitant buying a phone off Amazon. This was my first time doing so and I’m not disappointed. I bought my phone in excellent condition and IT WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. No scratches or anything. Battery life is at 100%!

The phone didn’t work but Synergy was quick to respond to help fix the issue as well as respond to send the return label. Now for the refund, that was the slowest process- it took over a month and a half to receive the refund. Even after contacting them, I had to reach out again with many follow ups. ... show more
