I purchased the refurbished Apple iPhone 14 Pro (256 GB, Space Black, unlocked) in “excellent condition,” but unfortunately, it did not fully meet that description. While the phone itself works well overall, there were several issues that made it feel more like “good” rather than “excellent” condition: It arrived very dirty and required thorough cleaning. There were quite a lot of scratches on the body and screen. The battery health was only at 85%, which is noticeably worn for the price point. The packaging included only a USB-C to Lightning cable, no power adapter. There was tape over the cameras that left a sticky residue on the lenses and surrounding area. Despite these problems, the device functions properly, and I’ve had no performance issues so far. If you’re considering this refurbished model, I would still recommend it, but be prepared that the cosmetic condition may not fully match what’s advertised as “excellent.” ... show more

Nice phone… I did notice when I first charged it and turned it on that someone had installed a new screen, that’s nice. It looks great. The case is in great shape had 85% battery life and like I said, brand new screen. Now the bad: after a week I went to use the phone and the screen was black. I had to go online to figure out what to do. As it turns out this is an on going problem with at least iPhone 14. Even though the phone is fine and working great it somehow, once in awhile will just dim the screen down to 0 for no reason. It’s probably a firmware issue but it’s easy to fix. Quick press up volume then quick press down volume then press and hold the right side button untill the white apple logo appears. I had to do this twice. Or if you have Siri set up you can say hey siri, turn up screen brightness and a slider will appear allowing you to turn up the brightness enough to restart the phone. Hope this helps. ... show more

I ordered on June 2nd 2025 and I received my package on June 6th. I was worried after seeing other reviews however this phone met my expectations. Ordered Excellent Condition. It came spotless in its lovely purple color with generic charging brick and cable. Screen was perfect, came with a TINYY ding on the side but I promise it is not noticeable. It came unlocked as promised with 88% battery health which is not bad considering the phone came out almost two years ago. Seamless transmission from one device to another (iPhone XR to IPhone 14 Pro) It Feels sturdy and durable and was worth the money which at the time of purchase was ($508.32 USD).Also the seller at the time was Woot (owned by Amazon). First things first the batter came at 3% thankfully it came with a charger. I was hoping to have gotten a higher battery healthy but I got 88 then it went down to 87. I can tell that the screen has been replaced because when I try to lower the brightness it doesn’t work. Also it glitches and the screen will turn dark green for two seconds then go back to its original color/screen. The battery percentage kinda dies quickly. I was at 80% and within ten mins I dropped to 68%. The actual phone is nice there isn’t much damage to it very little. I debated on returning it because of all the issues but as long as it can hold up for a year or two I’ll be content. The memory capacity so far is good. I would say try it but don’t expect a perfect working phone. ... show more
