    • Good Device, But Battery Life Fell Short

Overall, this device mostly lived up to my expectations. The screen and body arrived in excellent condition—no scratches, dents, or functional issues, which I appreciate. However, the battery life was at 87%, lower than I had hoped. I expected at least 93–94%. I specifically chose Woot as the seller and even waited nearly 3 weeks because it is owned by Amazon. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t justify the wait. If the device was going to arrive with only 87% battery life, I could have purchased it from any other seller. Previously, I purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 directly from Amazon, which came in a special “Amazon Renewed” box. This time, however, the device arrived in a generic third-party box, which felt inconsistent with what I expected from an Amazon-owned company. If Woot is going to package products like a third-party seller, the advantage of choosing Woot becomes unclear. Maybe, I should have ordered it from Amazon, not Woot. I understand that Amazon defines “excellent condition” as a battery life of over 80%, but I believe that standard is too low. Phone came in amazing condition. Slight scratch on one of the cameras but does not affect camera quality at all. Works fast. Screen is flawless and came with screen protector. Battery health is at 86% which is better than my current 76%. No damage to the body and looks like new. Would recommend.
