I was a bit worried about buying a phone off of Amazon that was refurbished, but this one is in excellent condition! It came early and not a single scratch or nick. The battery seems to work great and there are no problems with the actual phone. If you’re thinking about getting a refurbished phone online, then I would 100% recommend it! The phone was in great condition with battery life at 95%, data transferred correctly, a great value. Issue: connection with my mobile carrier (Spectrum) couldn't activate phone and I was told it was locked. I contacted the seller who understood my frustration and offered to return the phone for a full refund with no questions asked. Not willing to give up the money saved on the phone I went to the carrier and said fix this and 15 minutes later they did. The media could not be loaded. I like how the phone was actually unlocked from carrier as stated. I requested a iPhone 14 Plus in excellent condition. And for the most part it was and is. However there was 5 large scratches on my screen. But when I added a privacy screen it helps mask most of the large scratches across the screen (in the video the privacy screen is on the phone.) I ordered a purple one because it was $200 less than the blue one I wanted. I figured I could live with purple. When the phone arrived, the box said it was the purple one with the largest memory capacity. But when I opened the box, to my surprise the phone was the blue one I actually wanted! It looks brand new and has the right memory in it, so I'm one happy camper. It's taken me a while to get used to not having a "home" button, and there are things I would certainly change about the iOS. So this is my first time buying a renewed phone off amazon & i am very pleased! I've had the iphone 11 for about three years but it is starting to get slow & the battery health was getting bad. Instead of buying a new battery I just decided I wanted a new phone. I ended up deciding on the 14 plus because I wanted a phone with a bigger screen but didn't wanna pay so much for a pro model or the 15 plus. Anyways, I chose to take a gamble & bought a renewed phone. I chose a seller that had a 90% + overall rating & paid for excellent condition. Phone came a little dirty (i believe its just dried glue) but battery health is 100% , phone is actually unlocked, screen looks flawless & i LOVE the bigger screen.
