Frequently asked questions

An unlocked iPhone 14 Plus means that it's not tied to any specific carrier or contract. You can use it with any carrier that supports the device, giving you the flexibility to switch carriers or use local SIM cards when traveling internationally.

A 'Renewed' iPhone 14 Plus has been inspected and tested by Amazon-qualified suppliers to work and look like new. Renewed products may not come in the original packaging and may include generic accessories, but they come with the Amazon Renewed Guarantee.

Renewed iPhone 14 Plus units undergo thorough testing, ensuring they meet a specific performance level. Batteries in renewed iPhones have at least 80% capacity relative to new devices, ensuring they hold a reliable charge.

With 128GB of storage, the iPhone 14 Plus provides ample space for most users to store apps, photos, videos, and music. It's suitable for everyday use unless you plan on storing large amounts of 4K video or a vast collection of high-quality games and apps.

It's a BRAND NEW phone
Size: 128GB Color: Purple Service provider: Unlocked Product grade: Renewed Premium
First off, I never write reviews, but after my recent experiences I thought this might help some others. Needed to replace an aging IPhone which was still working great, but a lot of apps needing newer IOS. So, not looking for the lastest/greatest, just a good update. Decided IPh 14+ was a good option. Here were my first 3 strikes : 1) I purchased an “Excellent” OPEN BOX phone from Best Buy. It came in a box sealed with Geek Squad tape. When opened, the phone had tons of fingerprints all over it, front and back; not a great first impression. After going through the startup process I was greeted with a screen that informed me that the phone had remote management software installed on it. Basically unusable. 2) I returned it and they replaced it with another “Excellent” OPEN BOX. Same thing – both phones had been previously owned by some company (now out of business) who had loaded remote management software on the phones. So… these are expensive, unusable bricks, and shame on BB/Geek Squad for selling these phones to the public. 3) After that experience I decided to give Amazon a try and bought a phone supplied by WOOT, as I have had good experiences with other Woot purchases. The phone arrived in a beat up generic box with the inside packaging worse than the outside. On the positive side, the phone was cosmetically very good with no obvious scratches, etc. So, everything looked good until I checked the battery health. 81%. NOT GOOD. Yes, it meets the described spec of >80% for their “Excellent” condition, but will going to be into the Apple service condition in a couple of weeks. Returned to Amazon/Woot and waiting for refund. After reading a ton of reviews I decided to give it one more shot and get a “Premium” condition directly from Amazon.com. Most of the reviews of these phones were much better than all of the other vendors. They are definitely more expensive but come with a 365 day warranty vs 90 day and spec at >90% battery life. Phone arrived today. It was VERY nicely packaged in a SEALED shrink wrapped professional looking box. Opened the box and found a phone with what appeared to be the original Apple protective film still in place on the front and back. Battery was dead so after a quick charge I was able to check battery health…… 100% and 0 charge cycles. Basically this is a brand NEW, NEVER USED phone. I can’t say how impressed I was after three bad experiences. I saved a couple $hundred compared to BB or Apple and got a brand new phone ….. It’s all about the journey  !!! ... show more

iPhone 14 Plus Red 128gb - Renewed Item came as described, a few dings on both sides of the phone but that was to be expected. The back was fully intact as well as the screen. Battery health is 85%... still not too bad given the price. I already knew what to expect. Have been using/testing the phone extensively. So far so good. ... show more

The Review so far...
Size: 256GB Color: (PRODUCT) Red Service provider: Unlocked Product grade: Renewed
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (So far) I was pretty wary at first about buying this refurbished iPhone, especially since the seller [2ndPhoneClub] had around 14% 1-star reviews. But after actually receiving it, I’m honestly impressed. I ordered an iPhone 14 Plus in Excellent condition, and it arrived meeting — and even exceeding — what I needed. I’m switching from a Samsung Galaxy A15 (Android) to iPhone. I am also a VTuber, so having an iPhone for good face tracking was important to me, and this is a big upgrade from webcam tracking. In addition to VTubing, I plan to use this phone for normal everyday use. So far, general usage like navigating the UI, installing apps, media playback, and overall performance has been smooth and reliable. I haven’t made calls or sent texts yet, but everything else has worked as expected. The iOS UI was easy to learn, and getting used to it didn’t take long. Cosmetically, the phone is in great shape. There is a very small scratch near the camera, but it’s barely noticeable unless you look closely. The rims have a little wear, and there are a few small white spots near the ports, but nothing that affects use. Overall, I’d say it feels almost like new. The speakers are solid and much better than the phone I previously used for recording. Battery health is at 100%, which was a huge plus, and everything appears fully functional. It seems like the phone was tested before being shipped. I highly recommend getting a protective case, especially because of the glass back. I haven’t tested durability yet, but so far everything feels sturdy. These thoughts are based on my first 2–3 days of use, and I plan to update this review over time to help future buyers. So far, I’m very happy with this purchase. Oh and brightness Was pretty good! the colors on some colors like sun sets in games and stuff pop! ... show more

Great buy for the price ‼️

So it’s been 2 weeks, maybe a little more since I ordered this phone & it’s been great. Clean, no scratches, everything functions as a iPhone should. & for the phone to be 3-4 years old the battery life is great. It was on 83% capacity & the battery life has been great on it. If I use my phone steady thru the day I typically only charge it one time. It was quick & easy to switch over everything from my old iPhone to the new one. That includes my service with straight talk. I highly recommend buying from this business. My order was on time also. Ima be buying my phones from them moving forward in the future. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ... show more

Minus one star for lower battery health than expected
Size: 256GB Color: Blue Service provider: AT&T Product grade: Renewed
This was said to be Excellent (New) although refurbished I knew it wouldn’t be a “new” phone. What I didn’t like is that described and rated as it was, the battery health should have been at least over 80%. It was only 76%. Guess I will be replacing the battery sooner than expected. Other than that, its condition is excellent in my opinion. No dents or scratches. Faint visual where mag ring was on back but looks like it might polish off. If not, it’s not that visible. The larger size of the plus makes it better on my eyes and large arthritic hands. All in all, a good replacement for my old Xs iphone. I would recommend. ... show more
