The phone came within 2 days. The only issue was the UPS guy kinda tossed it on the doorstep but it was okay. The battery came with 87% health which isn’t bad. I bought it in excellent condition. 1 super tiny dent by the screen, barely noticeable. Very durable and it was the best phone I’ve ever bought. No issues at all! Almost perfect condition, only a little scuff on one side completely invisible with a case on. The phone got hot with the charger it came with but using a different charger fixed that. Battery life is great and especially with the case, it’s durable.

For the iphone, its an iphone, so its really good. As for the condition of the renewed device, it was slightly gunked up and the camera lense had one crack. I think this is more an issue with and had I been able to see the device on the mobile app, it wouldn't have been my first choice to order this one. Everything functions and thats enough for me, now i'll update if they shipped an unlocked. Hybrid IT - good seller, they shipped the drvice wrapped in bubble wrap and gave charger + cable, and 2 sim ejection tools.
