Better than expected, just like new
Size: 256GB Color: Purple Service provider: Unlocked Product grade: Renewed
Practically a new phone. More than excellent, more like Pristine condition. No scratches or blemishes. I am very pleased. Battery health at 85% which is expected on a 3 year old device. Activated like a new phone, no issues at all. Packaged properly with proper box and new charging cord. If I need another phone, I am definitely checking these guys out first ... show more

I bought the iPhone 14 Plus on Amazon and I’m honestly very satisfied with my purchase. The phone is amazing — it runs super fast, the battery lasts much longer than I expected, and the screen looks incredible. The camera takes very clear photos, even at night, and the size is perfect if you like bigger phones. It arrived in excellent condition, well packaged, and exactly as described. Definitely worth it. I highly recommend it! 💯📱 ... show more

I recently bought the unlocked "Premium Refurbished" iPhone 14 Plus (256GB Blue). It was my first time buying from Amazon, and I was hesitant because of the many negative reviews I saw from other sellers, so I chose the Amazon seller. The iPhone arrived in perfect condition, without scratches, dents, or performance issues, and the battery was at 100%. It came with a one-year warranty from Amazon, which is excellent. The iPhone 14 Plus is fantastic; the battery life is impressive—it lasts all day. It's an excellent purchase for anyone looking for a premium iPhone at a good price. I recommend both the phone and the refurbished program for their quality and value. If other sellers offer the same quality and warranty, it’s could be a good option. I would definitely buy another model from them in the future. I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s not brand new, and the cable and adapter aren’t original, but it’s in excellent condition “premium”. ... show more

It's a BRAND NEW phone
First off, I never write reviews, but after my recent experiences I thought this might help some others. Needed to replace an aging IPhone which was still working great, but a lot of apps needing newer IOS. So, not looking for the lastest/greatest, just a good update. Decided IPh 14+ was a good option. Here were my first 3 strikes : 1) I purchased an “Excellent” OPEN BOX phone from Best Buy. It came in a box sealed with Geek Squad tape. When opened, the phone had tons of fingerprints all over it, front and back; not a great first impression. After going through the startup process I was greeted with a screen that informed me that the phone had remote management software installed on it. Basically unusable. 2) I returned it and they replaced it with another “Excellent” OPEN BOX. Same thing – both phones had been previously owned by some company (now out of business) who had loaded remote management software on the phones. So… these are expensive, unusable bricks, and shame on BB/Geek Squad for selling these phones to the public. 3) After that experience I decided to give Amazon a try and bought a phone supplied by WOOT, as I have had good experiences with other Woot purchases. The phone arrived in a beat up generic box with the inside packaging worse than the outside. On the positive side, the phone was cosmetically very good with no obvious scratches, etc. So, everything looked good until I checked the battery health. 81%. NOT GOOD. Yes, it meets the described spec of >80% for their “Excellent” condition, but will going to be into the Apple service condition in a couple of weeks. Returned to Amazon/Woot and waiting for refund. After reading a ton of reviews I decided to give it one more shot and get a “Premium” condition directly from Amazon.com. Most of the reviews of these phones were much better than all of the other vendors. They are definitely more expensive but come with a 365 day warranty vs 90 day and spec at >90% battery life. Phone arrived today. It was VERY nicely packaged in a SEALED shrink wrapped professional looking box. Opened the box and found a phone with what appeared to be the original Apple protective film still in place on the front and back. Battery was dead so after a quick charge I was able to check battery health…… 100% and 0 charge cycles. Basically this is a brand NEW, NEVER USED phone. I can’t say how impressed I was after three bad experiences. I saved a couple $hundred compared to BB or Apple and got a brand new phone ….. It’s all about the journey  !!! ... show more

The Review so far...
Size: 256GB Color: (PRODUCT) Red Service provider: Unlocked Product grade: Renewed
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (So far) I was pretty wary at first about buying this refurbished iPhone, especially since the seller [2ndPhoneClub] had around 14% 1-star reviews. But after actually receiving it, I’m honestly impressed. I ordered an iPhone 14 Plus in Excellent condition, and it arrived meeting — and even exceeding — what I needed. I’m switching from a Samsung Galaxy A15 (Android) to iPhone. I am also a VTuber, so having an iPhone for good face tracking was important to me, and this is a big upgrade from webcam tracking. In addition to VTubing, I plan to use this phone for normal everyday use. So far, general usage like navigating the UI, installing apps, media playback, and overall performance has been smooth and reliable. I haven’t made calls or sent texts yet, but everything else has worked as expected. The iOS UI was easy to learn, and getting used to it didn’t take long. Cosmetically, the phone is in great shape. There is a very small scratch near the camera, but it’s barely noticeable unless you look closely. The rims have a little wear, and there are a few small white spots near the ports, but nothing that affects use. Overall, I’d say it feels almost like new. The speakers are solid and much better than the phone I previously used for recording. Battery health is at 100%, which was a huge plus, and everything appears fully functional. It seems like the phone was tested before being shipped. I highly recommend getting a protective case, especially because of the glass back. I haven’t tested durability yet, but so far everything feels sturdy. These thoughts are based on my first 2–3 days of use, and I plan to update this review over time to help future buyers. So far, I’m very happy with this purchase. Oh and brightness Was pretty good! the colors on some colors like sun sets in games and stuff pop! ... show more

Great phone

Phone arrived in excellent condition! No scratches or any indication that it has ever been used. The only downside is the battery % in 83 and I bought the most expensive option. Other than that it has been 4 months and everything has been good so far

Amazon making returns harder with Ai assistance
Size: 256GB Color: Midnight Service provider: Unlocked Product grade: Renewed
Received the IPhone 14plus overall looks good, some scratches on the side edges. The screen looks good but the screen has air pockets underneath at the top on left and right side. The separation is very noticeable I tried to use the Amazon return on the app but after clicking the defective button the Ai feature doesn’t work. I clicked the contact seller option and I’m not sure what happens next but if it’s like the Ai return feature I could be screwed. Turns out the seller contacted me and I have to admit the panic wasn’t necessary because they had put a screen protector on the phone when I removed it the screen was not broken after all. Removed the screen protector and the phone is fine. Thanks again for the seller resolving this issue ... show more
