I went the “green” route, and bought this iPhone 14 plus - “Excellent Condition.” I was a bit skeptical, but after all the great reviews and Amazon’s statement of quality assurance, I ordered the phone. Hands down the best experience for someone that switched flagships. This phone came with no scratches on the body and camera, and maybe 1 very unnoticeable tiny, tiny scratch on the screen. The battery works great, the screen responds as you would expect of any phone in excellent, minty condition. Same with audio, camera, brightness, command execution, etc. All in all, 100% recommend. The rating would have been 5 stars..... But beware, Loop Mobile requires a signature for delivery, which in not prominently explained in ad. Not knowing that, combined with FedEx not leaving any notes stating that a sig is requred, it took three days to finally track down the Phone. Very frustrating. The phone is excellent. Not the cheapest in the market, but a great value. It looks and performs like new. I highly recommend Loop Mobil for the quality of the product, but wish they had made it known about the sig requirement. ... show more

Issue: connection with my mobile carrier (Spectrum) couldn't activate phone and I was told it was locked. I contacted the seller who understood my frustration and offered to return the phone for a full refund with no questions asked. Not willing to give up the money saved on the phone I went to the carrier and said fix this and 15 minutes later they did. I really like the phone it doesn’t have no scratches no dents. The only thing is the the maximum battery is 95% but the phone operates beautifully. I just came from the iPhone 11 and I’m very pleased and the phone was unlocked. The only thing is you have to remember that you need a E SIM card. but for the most part so far so good. ... show more
