So trying to save a knickle (so to speak) I decided to buy my wife a Refubished phone here on amazon for a gift. Big mistake! The phone we received IMMEDIATELY started having problems with charging. I think almost from the very day she got it & plugged in it. Unfortunately my buying a cheaper phone trying to save some knickles end up in some heated conservations & finally we decided it had to be returned. The good news is that the service i recieved from Tigerphones was very prompt & they did what they say they were going to do, includingreturning the entire cost of the phone to me quickly. Love the color. Problem: it has a side button that I had on my iPhone 8 which mutes the ringer. If it’s towards the front, you’re fine. But if it’s bumped towards the bottom, your phone won’t ring and you’ll miss a lot of calls before you realize that that’s happened again. If you don’t get something new…They were supposed to remove that feature in later (American) models but maybe this is from another country? I don’t care where it’s from but it was a slight disappointment. Not enough to return it. Other than that it’s FANTASTIC! Great battery life. Fast. ... show more
