I was a little skeptical about a renewed phone, but there were no scratches, it appeared perfect. The battery health is at 100%, it is the same as a brand new phone. The packaging obviously wasn’t original from Apple, but it was very nicely and professionally done. Thank you so much!

    • Double think. You could get a a better looking one.
For $400 and 512 GB I would think it would look a bit more decent. I understand the phone has been used but there were finger marks and scratches along the phone. The charger they sent was also a USB cord. Was not happy about that. I would not re-buy it but it is for a gift so I will keep you updated once the gift is handed. Can not speak on camera just yet. Color was black and seemed okay. Phone itself was eh I could have probably looked for a better one but I was trusting the reviews on this one. ... show more

The person I gifted this to likes the product but lately has been unable to make or receive calls because of a sos app or text hopefully this issue will be resolved soon otherwise they said the phone works well

The product was good. But, the trade in plan is horrible. Don’t expect to get anything for your used device. That team is horrible.
