Refurbished but the battery was only 80% when fully charged. So I have to get a new battery for my refurb business iPhone!

    • Dead battery-charged for less than 10 min. Of charging it was soo hot it burned me
I was so excited to get this cool banana yellow iPhone 14, to replace my broken iPhone 14. When I opened it, i was SUPER excited and it looked brand new, but the battery was dead.. I plugged it in and after less than 10 minutes it was hotter than a cup of coffee! No response from the seller after multiple messages in 24 hours. I returned it according to the instructions I was given and it had to be returned through UPS and not FedEx (the way it was sent) or Whole Foods, which is way easier. I asked for a replacement phone but after trying to contact the seller for over 24 hours with no response and a message showing that the seller CANCELED my order instead of sending a replacement or giving me my money back. I called Amazon and let them know the situation so they are contacting the seller and requesting a full refund. If the seller doesn’t respond to them in 24 hours, then Amazon will cover the purchase and refund my money-(which is awesome) and if they do respond, then I’ll have to wait 5 to 7 days for my refund?? What? Seems like either the seller is tooo busy to deal with their customers( which means they’re making way too much money or have way too many returns) or they just have horrible customer service. Either way I would not recommend doing business with THIS seller. But like I said, thank goodness for Amazon’s A-to-Z coverage because I do not have any faith that the company/seller will respond. I mean, if they can’t respond to my messages in a 24 hour period, I don’t see why they would respond to Amazon‘s! ... show more
