The phone works very well. It has a couple of small scratches that can be seen at a glance and it is supposed that being renewed-excellent, it should not be like that, but it does not bother me because it is minimal and in general it fulfills what it promises.. Battery 85% Very good value for money.

Device was in almost as good condition as described (Excellent). The only issue that I found was the battery health which was at 86%. It doesn’t appear to be new stuff and doesn’t appear to be refurbed considering the battery was how it was and there’s no changed parts notifications in settings under the about device. Phone functions as well as a new one. Touch screen is original as far as I can tell. Call quality and connectivity is perfect. The feel of the device is to be expected for a brand new iphone 14 in the fact that there’s no bumps or dents around the device. The durability is as expected. ... show more

Item was defective when I received it. Phone will turn on initially but randomly shuts off. Ran some diagnostics and the error is a faulty battery which causes the phone to trigger a safety feature and shut off. Item description says they test the items before selling, but this clearly isn’t true as I can’t even keep the phone turned on long enough to compete the iPhone setup process. ... show more

    • Poor battery on an "excellent" condition phone.
The phone was stated to be refurbished in excellent condition. But the battery was only 86% healthy. At 85% Apple recommends replacing it. Very disappointed.
