Touch screen never worked quite right. Thought it was because i suck at putting on the screen protector as i couldn’t get bubbles out. Need to supply my own phone for work so dealt with it with intentions of taking it in to store so they could properly put the screen protector on for me. Finally gave it to someone to do and found out my screen is not original but had been replaced with a cheap version and it’s not flat; which is why I couldn’t get the bubbling out. Liquid was also found underneath. So now i have a phone with a bubbling screen protector over a crap screen that not only works crappy, but I cant even properly protect the crap screen because a protector wont fit properly. Wth… my daughter bought a refurbished iphone from you without issues which is why I chose you. Unfortunately, you cheaped out on my phone and its a POS. Really.. how much more would it have cost you to just fix it properly?! Wth am I supposed to do with this now? If I had money to throw around i would’ve bought a new phone rather than a refurbished one from you in the first place! Do you have the integrity to make this right? ... show more

I’m so happy with my purchase! This was a great deal financially! I think they definitely could’ve charged more, but instead of up-charging people, they sell them the cheapest out of all the ones I saw available, and it’s not a scam like a lot of sellers out there! Great way to keep customers coming back!! I had an issue with my debit card (my banks fault), I contacted the seller, he responded quickly, figured out the problem and got it solved! My phone was shipped ahead of schedule and was delivered almost a week early!! So far it is in PERFECT condition, the phone is purple as advertised, screen is bright, there are NO cracks or bumps on the phone at all, it feels brand new, literally. I never would’ve known it was refurbished. Battery is at 92% health! (Honestly I thought it would be way lower than that) I had 0 issues switching my number over (this one is an eSIM, my old one was a SIM card) and transferring everything from my old phone to this one! So far I have 0 complaints, so happy with the professionalism, and will definitely use this seller in the future when I’m ready for a new phone! ... show more
