I don’t usually leave long reviews, but this purchase deserves it. I ordered a refurbished iPhone 14 listed as “excellent condition,” and honestly, it feels like I received a brand-new phone. The phone arrived well-packaged, secure, and clean — not a single scratch, ding, or smudge anywhere. I inspected it very closely under good lighting, and I genuinely couldn’t tell it was refurbished. The screen is flawless, the body looks new, and all the buttons and ports work perfectly. One of my biggest concerns was the battery, since that’s where a lot of refurbs cut corners. To my surprise, this phone came with 100% battery health — something even many new iPhones don’t always hold for long! That means the battery was either replaced recently or has barely been used. In daily use, the battery easily lasts me through the day with heavy tasks like streaming, browsing, calls, and navigation. No sudden drops or weird behavior at all. Performance is exactly what you’d expect from an iPhone 14: smooth, fast, no lag, and ready to handle anything. Face ID works perfectly, cameras are sharp, and the speakers are crisp. It also updated to the latest iOS without any issues. As for the seller — communication was clear, shipping was fast, and they obviously took pride in delivering a quality product. Many people hesitate with Amazon refurbs because it can be hit-or-miss depending on who you buy from, but this seller clearly values their reputation. I would absolutely buy from them again. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied. I essentially got a “like-new” iPhone 14 for a much better price than buying brand new. Product appears to be fine, no issues. Have updated to newest iOS, good sound, reception. This was going to hold me over for a year until I was qualified for a new upgrade, may be doing this more in the future if phone lasts two years minimum.

I purchased this phone back in Feb 2024. The phone came in in excellent condition and work fine for a few months. Then out of no where, I lost service (SOS only), making the phone useless. After contacting T-Mobile, the phone was marked stolen. Do your research before buying from a 3rd party seller.

    • Don't buy unless you expect to lose service
Bought this phone a few months ago and at first it worked great. Then my husband lost service because the person who PREVIOUSLY had the phone didn't pay their bill and a service lock was put on rendering useless. After 2 hours of talking to T-mobile, Apple and Amazon, they all sent me back here to the seller to get the carrier lock off and they said there was nothing they were willing to do to prevent it from happening in the future. My husband is deploying next month and his phone will be our only communication and if it goes back into SOS, we are basically SOL if his phone goes back into SOS. Very disappointing service and don't recommend unless you want to have your service lost every time there is an update and be stuck talking to customer service until they can temporarily fix the problem. ... show more
