I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but I felt this warranted one. I was skeptical and fully prepared to send my 13 Pro Max (renewed) back, when I received it. I was not anticipating the phone being in the best condition. However, I am BEYOND pleasantly surprised and highly satisfied with the phone I received. It looks brand new, out of the box!! Not a scratch or mark on it that I have found. The battery is at 86% which is not bad at all. So far it runs as smooth as a brand new phone with zero glitches. The media could not be loaded. So far the phone seems okay. Ordered excellent condition and it does not have any scratches. No fast charger cable sent only old style charger cable.

The media could not be loaded. Battery 86%, just as described, fully functional... But upon closer inspection, I found some obvious scratches under the protective film, the camera is not as HD as the original, I hope the next excellent phone will be as described, the price is acceptable, 4 stars
