I ordered this phone with so much doubt and fear because my previous experience of buying a used phone was so disappointing. I let the seller know my concerns and they responded and told me not to worry. The phone arrived on time with no dent or scratches and a battery life of 91%. Received in a nice replacement box, 75% charged. This one included a clear case and a glass screen protector. As well as a new charging cord, plug, and sim key. The blue color is great, and I appreciate the larger size of the screen. I love the styling, the more squared and beveled perimeter design reminds me of my iPhone 5, just bigger. Out of the box, plugged it in, and after simple and intuitive iCloud transfer my new phone was off and running. And when I say new, I acknowledge this is refurbished, but if it wasn’t new I wouldn’t know it. Not a scratch, scuff or blemish. I originally ordered the Graphite color, but was sent the Silver instead. I know some would be upset about this but I actually like the color better so I’m not too disappointed. What I was most disappointed about was the shipping. It was supposed to arrive on a Monday, but it wasn’t even shipped out yet and Amazon delayed the order completely. I reached out to the seller and they did their best to help so I won’t really blame them for this inconvenience. The phone itself is great so far, I have yet to actually use it and switch over to it. The battery capacity is at 95% and the box came with a charger. I’m excited to use it and hopefully it was worth the delay and the little color mix up. ... show more

Title: Good Performance but Disappointing Battery Health - iPhone 13 Pro Max Review Rating: 3.5/5 I recently upgraded from an iPhone 12 Pro Max to the new iPhone 13 Pro Max, and while I'm overall satisfied with its performance and features, there is one aspect that left me disappointed - the battery health. The iPhone 13 Pro Max offers significant improvements in terms of overall performance and features compared to its predecessor. The A15 Bionic chip ensures smooth and snappy performance, and the camera system delivers exceptional image quality. The display is stunning with its vibrant colors and high resolution, providing an immersive viewing experience. The device's build quality is excellent, as expected from Apple, and the design is sleek and premium. However, coming from an iPhone 12 Pro Max with a battery health of 83%, I was hoping for better battery performance with the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
