This is really sad, they said that it would be in working order. It was NOT in working order. The speaker is very very low and you can't even really hear when someone calls. They told me to hard reset which did nothing. They said return it, and this was bought on sale, they have not answered me on several matters. They are just sending generic messages. Then they say to just return the phone, which I have already installed screen protectors on. I expect to get another phone (if they even have on) with new screen protectors. If this company does not stand by their phone, then I will be back on here with another review, if I can even do it then because I am returning the phone. Update....I spoke with a guy in customer service at the place that sent the phone, He was VERY RUDE. Do NOT buy anything from this company. ... show more

For the money, it's a good phone. battery only at 89% but i guess that's better than it could be. Still, i think renewed phone should come with battery life 90%+. took about 30 minutes to update and sync but worked well once completed. no scratches or damages. good value for money. sim card was plug n play from previous iphone. sadly i don't really like the new ios 26 update lol but thats not the sellers fault. Came with charging cable and charging block (usb-c) but no original iphone packaging. still i appreciate the charging block and cable that was a nice touch considering apple doesn't even do that these days ... show more
