I just received this refurbished iPhone 13, and so far, I’m really happy with it. I had an iPhone 7 for a long time and wasn’t initially planning to upgrade, but I needed the newer SIM card feature. The phone looks and feels almost brand new, with no noticeable scratches or marks! The touchscreen works perfectly, and the screen is well protected. Since it’s all Apple products, it’s fully compatible with my iPhone 7, and I was able to easily transfer all my data from the 7 to this 13. It was well-packaged and came with all the usual accessories. Performance-wise, it’s been excellent. The phone runs smoothly, and the display is bright and vibrant—just like a new iPhone. I’ve used the camera quite a bit, and the photos come out clear and colorful, with no issues. Battery life is solid too, lasting throughout the day with moderate use. I’m glad I chose a refurbished model because I got such a great phone at a lower price. It feels reliable and trustworthy, and so far, I haven’t noticed any downsides compared to a brand-new device. Since apple has been making the same phone every year, I decided to take a hit on a good condition 13 pro max instead of buying a new iPhone 16. Has been 6 months since I’ve got this phone and so has been a great experience. You can get a really fast iPhone with all the pro features for less than 500 bucks (Oled screen, 120hz, lidar sensor, great camera quality and stabilization). When I first saw the phone, was completely intact. Just a small scratch on the screen but nothing to worry and last but not least. Battery arrived in a decent condition for a 3 year old phone and it still holds a charge for a day.

I chose renewed(good) condition. 1tb silver from seller Celltraders. It came with 76% battery capacity and small slight scratches on the screen. The scratches dont really bother me, you hardley notice them. As for the battery, i came from a iphone 12 that would hit 20% just on my morning drive to work. So it also doesnt bother me, its better then what i had. As for the rest of the phone,the silver band is pristine, the back glass and cameras are also in great condition. This phone is only 3 years old almost 4 and was $1600 new when it was first released. I only paid 570. Im very satisfied and wont be upgrading for at least a few more years. Also just a fyi ( i didnt know this before) the iphone 13 was the last to have a physical sim tray which is another reason i wanted it, but when i was setting it up it gave the option to do a esim transfer. So it does both I hope this helps.

This phone was rated good vs. excellent. It’s flawless - no nicks or scratches, performs perfectly. I don’t know how it could be any better as it looks new. Saves a lot of money instead of a new phone which is over $1000.

I bought an iPhone 13 pro max refurbished from verizon pre owned and the least I can say is that I’m very satisfied with their service. It came in 100% BH under apple limited warranty for 8 month. Nothing has been replaced it’s all orignal part on top of that. The phone is basically new only a slight scuff on the screen that is not noticeable in everyday usage at all (i ise a screen protector). This is such a good value thank you so much

I wasn't really gonna write a review on this but I have to! I am amazed at how I got my phone in the condition it came in . it said excellent condition , and it really is . I am really picky with my electronics , always wanting them to look perfect , no scratches or bumps . and this did not fail me. no scratches at all on the screen and maybe some small ones in the back that you really had to look for but with a case on its not an issue. cameras were also not scratched and everything works, from the cameras , to the speakers and the whole software of the phone is good and up to date. the only flaw, was how it had 88% battery life. on the description it says that having up to 80% will still land it on excellent condition , so I can't knock a point because I knew, and getting a new battery will be about 90$ according to apple. I did talk to one of my buddies that works on phones and said he doesn't recommend me to replace the battery as it still is healthy. and I have been using it for a week and it really doesn't need one. I had an iPhone 12 and I used it almost every day at work playing videos on the background , and it would last me about 7-8 hours and then id have to charge it considering my work days are 10 hours. with this phone , I literally come out of work with about 40-65% battery still. all it all , this is great , it was one of the best prices I could find for a used iPhone 13 Pro Max and im am actually really satisfied with my purchase . I also stayed with the 13 instead of the newer ones because it has a SIM card tray still and because it does not have the dynamic island that the new ones have as I think it takes up more screen when watching videos compared to the small notch on the 13. I wish it did have the stabilizing camera feature for when I walk my dog and want to take stable videos , but I don't mind that . this phone when it came out was beloved by every one and I think its still a great buy for 2024.

Ordered this phone not really knowing what to expect. I have never ordered off Amazon for this but wanted to save some money. Ordered the "excellent" refurbished phone as an upgrade from my very old iphone 8. I was pleasantly surprised. The phone was in great condition no scratches, Camera works great and the it holds a good charge. The charger that they sent with it was old, generic and virtually useless, used the one I had to charge it up, and there was no SIM remover included. Data transfer was very easy. Overall, good purchase.
