Today is Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Iāve always wanted the iPhone 13 Pro Max in Alpine Green ever since it was released, so I decided to give this seller a chance despite the mixed reviews and their 4.5-star rating. I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max, Alpine Green, 256GB ā Unlocked, Renewed (Excellent Condition). Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First, the phone arrived a day late, even though Iām a Prime member (not necessarily the sellerās fault, but still frustrating). When I finally opened the package, the phone was the wrong color (Silver instead of Alpine Green) and had noticeable scratches and chips around the camera lens and aluminum frame. While some wear is expected on a refurbished phone, this was advertised as āExcellent Condition,ā and I expected better. To be fair, I still tested the phone. I went into the settings to check everything: Verified the IMEI and serial number to ensure the device was legitimate. Confirmed it was fully unlocked with no SIM restrictions. Checked for any non-Apple parts ā thankfully, everything appeared original. The phoneās functions worked well (Face ID, speakers, cameras, flash, vibration, etc.). The screen looked great with almost no scratches, the phone screen sensitivity could have been more proactive, and the back glass was in good condition. However, the biggest disappointment was the battery health: only 77%. According to Amazonās āRenewed Excellentā standards, it should be at least 80%. For the price I paid, this was unacceptable. As a busy college student, I donāt have the time to send the phone back, but I do feel let down. Iāll likely have to spend another ~$100 to replace the battery at my universityās tech repair shop. Overall, Iām leaving 4 stars because the phone does function well and matches the storage capacity I ordered, but the wrong color, poor battery health, and condition not matching the description made this purchase very frustrating. My advice: check the IMEI, serial, SIM restrictions, and battery health right away when buying renewed iPhones, and read the reviews carefully before purchasing. P.S. I purchased a screen protector separately for extra protection. Also, note that the box only included a USB Lightning cable ā no charging adapter. If you donāt already have one, I recommend buying an adapter or a complete charger along with the phone.

The screen glitches from time to time since I got it. If it gets more frequent Iāll be needing a replacement. Otherwise the phone is great in quality, two superficial scratches on the phone when I got it. Functions as it should besides the screen from time to time. Was fast delivery, easy to set up

The media could not be loaded. I was able to save money by ordering the Acceptable version. Honestly I canāt see any problems. Itā looks Amazing . After not finding any thing wrong with it cosmetically I assumed the battery would be trash but I havenāt had any problems at all. The phone holds charge very well and I am constantly watching YouTube and HULU from my phone Checks all my boxes. I got the Phone and Storage I wanted. Great condition. Touch screen works, it even has a screen protector on it. Didnāt pay a stupid amount. Functions correctly. Was able to transfer over from my old phone with ease. Phones are EXPENSIVE, but not this one. I worried that the iPhone 13 Pro Max was too old, but I was wrong. It's a beast. Great battery life, I can't tell much of a difference except for maybe the quality of the camera. It's fine for my uses. Battery life is exceptional. The case has a few tiny imperfections as described, but you can't see them unless you search. Almost pristine. The 16 Max Pro new is $1,000. This was less than half that. A bargain, and a smart way to shop. You'll be happy with it.
