Bought this iphone 13pro which was advertised as ‘excellent condition’, and turned out to be just that. It had a new camera which had to be set up and was detected to be a genuine apple part. It hadn’t been factory reset, which I did. The battery life is great, it looks and works like a new unit. I did not activate e-sim, rather I used the SIM card from my old phone. The media could not be loaded. Phone was received and was in ok condition as expected from a new phone, some blemishes around the ends that's about it. The real problems came from trying to set up the phone. Not only was the FaceID unavailable even after multiple restarts, resets, updates, and a clean set up. The back and front camera were not working properly the whole time. The flash refused to work, there may have been issues with the True depth sensor because those features were unable to work on every application. For spending 600+ dollars I expected MUCH better quality. Customer support was trashy too not offer a replacement for THEIR damaged phone they sent me. Was only offered a refund for sending the phone back, and a partial refund if I kept the phone. The partial refund was also, 50$ out of a 600$ purchase. Again just to tell you all the partial refund would be 50$. Probably not even enough to pay for someone to repair the issues with the phone. Extremely frustrating and disrespectful. Just to point out the battery life was at 85% for an in "excellent condition" refurbished phone. I highly doubt when this phone gets sent back it won't get fixed properly for the next poor soul to get. ... show more

So I had an iPhone XS (10), and desperately needed a upgrade, on a budget. Doing my research, my best bet was getting a 13 Pro over a 15. I was doubtful of buying off Amazon, but after looking at reviews, I said, “why not”. Out of the package, it looked great, well it should since it’s “refurbished” (look at photos). The screen and the back of the iPhone had no noticeable scratches of any kind. Transfer wise, everything went smooth! I couldn’t do the side-by-side iPhone transfer, so I had to do another option. The battery life was 87% (see photo 3). I was a bit disappointed since it wasn’t a full 100%, but I’ll do that when I need to. On another point, this was the 256 GB storage option, so a plus. Another point, the shipping came a day or two after it was “supposed” to deliver (was saying it’ll be delivered within 5 days). If you’re patient, then it’s fine. Overall, I’m happy with this iPhone 13 Pro, way better than my iPhone XS (10). Hopefully this will last and have no issues! ... show more

I waited 3 weeks for my phone to come and paid extra for a Verizon compatible phone only for it to arrive and it's carrier locked so won't work. Very frustrating. Phone is in good condition, but it was false advertising and I'm frustrated. Update - Verizon got it to work so I'm updating to 4 stars but it was originally locked and I had to jump through hoops to activate it. ... show more
