Bought this iphone 13pro which was advertised as ‘excellent condition’, and turned out to be just that. It had a new camera which had to be set up and was detected to be a genuine apple part. It hadn’t been factory reset, which I did. The battery life is great, it looks and works like a new unit. I did not activate e-sim, rather I used the SIM card from my old phone. Phone crashes and restarts on a daily basis. Not worth it at all. I’ve had this phone for a few months now and at first it would act up every now and then, now I’m lucky if I can get through a day without it crashing. And I mean completely useless. So I had an iPhone XS (10), and desperately needed a upgrade, on a budget. Doing my research, my best bet was getting a 13 Pro over a 15. I was doubtful of buying off Amazon, but after looking at reviews, I said, “why not”. Out of the package, it looked great, well it should since it’s “refurbished” (look at photos). The screen and the back of the iPhone had no noticeable scratches of any kind. Transfer wise, everything went smooth! I couldn’t do the side-by-side iPhone transfer, so I had to do another option. The battery life was 87% (see photo 3). I was a bit disappointed since it wasn’t a full 100%, but I’ll do that when I need to. On another point, this was the 256 GB storage option, so a plus. Another point, the shipping came a day or two after it was “supposed” to deliver (was saying it’ll be delivered within 5 days). If you’re patient, then it’s fine. Overall, I’m happy with this iPhone 13 Pro, way better than my iPhone XS (10). Hopefully this will last and have no issues! ... show more

I waited 3 weeks for my phone to come and paid extra for a Verizon compatible phone only for it to arrive and it's carrier locked so won't work. Very frustrating. Phone is in good condition, but it was false advertising and I'm frustrated. Update - Verizon got it to work so I'm updating to 4 stars but it was originally locked and I had to jump through hoops to activate it. ... show more

Phone looked in nice shape. Keep getting a pop up that the phone does not recognize the camera as it may have been replaced with none oem part. The battery life was at 91% as well.
