I was on the fence with purchasing a cell phone from Amazon until I purchased a refurbished one from a major retailer and it was stolen by a popular global delivery company. After spending weeks trying to prove the phone did not arrive at my home and I was reimbursed, I ventured over to Amazon and purchased this refurbished-excellent phone in green (my favorite color) and 256 GB (I needed more space for my pics and videos and 64 kept pushing my APPS to the cloud). The phone looks brand new, does not have one single scratch, and works perfectly. It arrived with 0 percent battery but once I charged it, everything transferred easily from my Iphone 12 to my new phone. It maintains a charge of at least 50 percent for the entire day even with me checking emails, social media posts and banking information. This iPhone 13 Pro was everything it said! An incredible upgrade from XR as well haha. It is excellently refurbished as promised, it’s as if it is a brand new device never been used. No cracks, no blemishes, no damage, no nothing. The phone was completely unlocked already and fully functional. Charges all the way to 100% battery. Comes with original charging cable as well. Connects to wifi just fine. Not too big and fits anywhere realistically speaking. Speakers are super loud, phone is fast and the camera is great. This was a great investment! Shipped faster at alittle higher price than the other used iPhone 13 Pros available. The screen is not flush with the seam, have no reference to go on if it's a defect. Like having a real sim card slot, 13 is the last Apple before full eSim. Still has lighting port but found some usb c to lighting adapters. Setup was easy switching, found most the apps are the same on any platform, just more expensive on Apple. Battery is at 86, Apple recommends replacement at 85 I believe. Sometimes the screen frame-rate drops so low it can see the refresh lines. Again no reference on if normal for Apple. About the OS, Android you can just put any music in the ringtone folder. Apple you have to buy some Zedge like ringers from iTunes or make and convert 30s audio file. Camera is not impressive, Ultra looks better and an older model. Typing is more controlled but find I have to delete everything and retype more then gboard. Like the size and weight of regular pro model better then alot of other devices. Safari is pretty good, had almost no issues, do not miss chrome. Notifications seem slow and randomly batched but Andriods a mess too. Most smart devices had no issues but Fitbit works but only in forground not really a problem. No other Android watch will work. Audio is good, thought the notch would bother me more, its definitely a camera notch. I do miss touch id, the in screen or face id is just not on the sane level. So grabbing text from an image is pretty cool and easy. Cut and pasting images easy. Getting a download file to the right folder to use in another app is a pain. Was skeptical, reading so many reviews it felt like a gamble, it could be good or bad, but the one I received had 85% battery. Did arrive one day earlier The quality of it was amazing apart from a VERY tiny chip in the back and the sides look lightly scratched(alr gon cuz i put a case on it) BUT THE SCREEN IS PERFECT/PRESTINE, no dents no scratchers Unfortunately they are obviously not new phones, but from upgrading to a problematic X to a 13pro, in amazing condition is def worth a upgrade considering we are currently on iphone 15 models. I will not be sending this phone back for replacement I'm satisfied, charges fast, screen is smooth and everything else has been tested and is running great! I have CarPlay and experienced no connection issues for the first time, thank god ... show more

I was previously an Android user and finally made the switch, after being convinced by my fiance and some of my friends (and especially photos are way better with iPhone imo than how MY previous Android devices delivered in terms of photo quality). Didn't wanna splurge on the latest iPhone and sticked to this one instead. Well worth it for its price! Came with 87% battery health. The only minimal flaw I saw was a tiny (I mean super tiny) crack on the edge of one of the camera lenses. This flaw did not affect the overall function in taking pictures--- I don't mind this at all. If you are very sensitive to flaws and too OC with a new purchase, then I do not suggest getting this because it is expected that the item will NOT be 100% flawless. It's 2024, inflation is real, needed to be practical with my choices and this one does not disappoint! ... show more
