As near as I can tell from digging around in the settings to see what was refurbished about it, I got a new phone. In any case it's in top condition and works a treat. The battery lasts for ages and the camera is excellent. No regrets about this purchase at all.

Overall the phone was in good quality. So far I have tested the camera which was great and the speakers were fine. The only thing that I would have liked was a better Maximum battery capacity. Mine came with 89% which is decent.

Bought one that was said to be in “excellent” condition from seller Trademore. It’s outstanding, hard to believe it is not new. It doesn’t come in the original Apple box nor with manuals (in case you care about that), but it is unlocked, just like the ad said. The quality of the the quality of the refurbished is pretty spot on. You wouldn't even be able to tell that it was refurbished. However in my experience one of the phones I ordered came with a sims lock. While it didn't take away from the value of the phone it did make it more tedious to go through the process of getting a replacement, explaining the situation to the third party that sold it, going through the return process, and waiting an additional week for a phone replacement that should have been unlocked in the first place. So in conclusion if you're looking to buy a refurbished iPhone all of the features are there with a great quality face recognition works perfect, the cameras look amazing, smooth no lag, no blemishes/scratches, but it does take away value for your money( which is still quite a bit of money) when there are technical issues that force you to go trough the return process. ... show more

The battery health is 96%. But the bottom holes has a lot of dirt. Others seem like a new one. But, I dont like apple. Too expensive. So I bought a renewed one.
