I ordered this phone with a pretty high expectation from a previous Premium Renewed order. To say that it lived up to those expectations would be an understatement. I went over the whole phone and screen as soon as it arrived, inspecting for any kind of damage. I found absolutely nothing! No dents, dings, scuffs, or scratches. It came in a sealed premium renewed package, with all the advertised accessories, as well as an inspection list and signoff from the person who packed it. The screen was almost certainly brand new, because it came with an apple style cling protector, and had nothing under it (like dust or fibers, which are usually present when it's just cleaned and repackaged if it's in good enough shape). It's also definitely a true apple display, and the touch response and color/brightness are perfect. Once it was charged, setting it up took a while, but that's due to transferring all the data and configuring the carrier settings, all of which were easy to due with an iPhone. It also had no data on it from any previous owner. Then I checked the battery health, and to my surprise, it was at 100%! Again, this would lead me to believe that it was a brand new replacement, or this phone was returned after never actually being used. All other functions of the phone have worked without issue, as well as the camera. Overall, this is hands down the best renewed product I have ever purchased. The fact that it comes with a 1 year replacement warranty is fantastic as well. I would highly recommend buying this, or any other Premium Renewed device from Amazon. ... show more

Still a bit expensive for an iphone 13 mini, but really there aren't many places to get this phone with a good return policy. i was expecting 85-90 battery health but I musta got lucky and gotten some sorta return on a brand new mini. I made sure to buy from amazon and not a 3rd party. shipped and sold by amazon.com llc only, for me. glad i did.. probably wouldn't have gotten a brand new phone. would highly recommend renewed premium if it comes directly from amazon.com llc ... show more

The product arrived dirty. There was brown gunk caked around both camera lenses. For a premium product it did not arrive in a very professional appearance. I have yet to turn it on. I am debating on whether to return it as it does not seem as premium of quality for the extra price. The audit sheet had cleanliness marked as checked. If the outer appearance (which is easy to wipe) cannot be trusted— I am not sure about the quality of internal parts. The screen protector looked hand cut and was rough on edges. ... show more
