I ordered this phone with a pretty high expectation from a previous Premium Renewed order. To say that it lived up to those expectations would be an understatement. I went over the whole phone and screen as soon as it arrived, inspecting for any kind of damage. I found absolutely nothing! No dents, dings, scuffs, or scratches. It came in a sealed premium renewed package, with all the advertised accessories, as well as an inspection list and signoff from the person who packed it. The screen was almost certainly brand new, because it came with an apple style cling protector, and had nothing under it (like dust or fibers, which are usually present when it's just cleaned and repackaged if it's in good enough shape). It's also definitely a true apple display, and the touch response and color/brightness are perfect. Once it was charged, setting it up took a while, but that's due to transferring all the data and configuring the carrier settings, all of which were easy to due with an iPhone. It also had no data on it from any previous owner. Then I checked the battery health, and to my surprise, it was at 100%! Again, this would lead me to believe that it was a brand new replacement, or this phone was returned after never actually being used. All other functions of the phone have worked without issue, as well as the camera. Overall, this is hands down the best renewed product I have ever purchased. The fact that it comes with a 1 year replacement warranty is fantastic as well. I would highly recommend buying this, or any other Premium Renewed device from Amazon.

First off, my phone came looking like-new with 100% battery health and an original screen. No signs of use whatsoever, very pleased. I came from a 13 Pro, upgraded to a 14 Pro, then "downgraded" to the 13 Mini as the heft and size were wearing down on me. Since Apple discontinued the Mini series, I figured this was my last chance to get in on this form factor, unless they bring it back for the SE series. For months, I loved everything about this phone. The weight, the size, the capabilities. As time went on, I realized that I am still using my phone just as much as I always do, and the battery was having difficulties keeping up. Yes, I could charge during the day (and I do have a magsafe battery pack) but doing so was annoying. Even moreso, I noticed that the camera quality was a big downgrade, something I didn't think I would care about. I was beginning to miss my old 13 Pro. The 13 Pro had better battery (in my experience) to the 14 Pro, and I remember taking some of my best pictures with it too. So I decided to utilize Amazon Premium Refurbished to get a 13 Pro as well, and I am equally as happy with it. I'm keeping both phones, I have a feeling I'll want the satisfaction of using a tiny phone again once in a while. But ultimately the battery, camera, and 120hz screen left me craving the 13 Pro again. If you don't use your phone way too much like I do and want a smaller iPhone, definitely get this while you still can.

I am very glad I purchased this iPhone. I made sure I would buy from this specific seller because they have a very high percentage of good reviews. This iPhone has an 86% battery life. They advertised it with a minimum of an 85% battery life, so that is a good thing. Also, the phone is in perfect shape, no scratches, perfect screen, works like a new phone, and was delivered earlier than promised. If you are looking for high quality phones, and promises kept, buy from this seller.

Purchased this phone in acceptable condition from DirectCertified. Condition ordered Acceptable. I upgraded from an iPhone 7 because my service provider told me Apple was no longer sending the required security updates for older phones. I wanted a newer/newest I could afford with a small screen still. I was going to go for the SE2 since it was about the same price. I realized this phone had a larger screen in an even smaller form factor. So, I went for this one. I received it about a week earlier, in 2 days. It actually shipped the night I purchased. It came in near perfect condition, there is a small hairline on the screen but it's only noticeable in light. I'm not even sure if it's on the screen itself or the screen protector though. Phone works great, it is using my 7 as a hotspot (I think that's what it's called?). For some reason it's not getting a signal with the SIM card (and my company doesn't have eSim, looking into switching companies since they've been no help). The 7 works perfect with the same sim card and they are right next to each other. I'm not sure if it's because it's using the 7 as well or whatever it's called. Or not. As long as it works on WiFi right now, I'm fine until I get it sorted out, which is nothing to do with the phone itself. Ordered the pink color and it's gorgeous. I did notice my photos/videos have a yellow tint don't look the most natural to me, but I'm assuming it's something in the settings. Not sure. it def looks much different from photos taken with the 7 color wise.
