Description
The iPhone 13 features a 6.1-inch (155 mm) display with Super Retina XDR OLED technology at a resolution of 2532×1170 pixels and a pixel density of about 460 PPI with a refresh rate of 60 Hz and Dolby Vision HDR. Additional features include a dual-camera system, consisting of a 12MP F1.6 wide-angle and another 12MP F2.4 ultra-wide camera with True Tone flash and lens correction. Both rear cameras have larger sensors with improved light sensitivity and Dolby Vision HDR video recording, but only digital zoom and no optical zoom. The front-facing ultra-wide camera is a 12MP F2.2 one. The iPhone 13 video recording supports 4K videos at 60fps as well as 1080p video at up to 240fps. The iPhone 13 model is available in six colors: Midnight, Starlight, Product Red, Blue, Pink, and Green.

At 84, this is my first iPhone and, although I have had it only a week, I have to say I am very pleased. I got the green, which is lovely, even if it is covered almost completely with a protective case. I was able to set it up and port my number over from my previous carrier to a new one online. It is smaller and lighter than my last few phones, so it is easier to hold and it fits into smaller purses. I was happy to see that it appears to be in perfect condition, with no dents, nicks, or scratches. I would call this a great value for the money.

I received my refurbished phone in excellent condition. The refurbishment card indicated that the phone was refurbished in February 2026, and I received it in October 2026. This was not a big issue for me. The battery charge was below 5% when I received it, but it charged without any problems. The battery health is at 97%, which is excellent for a Renewed Premium device. I have no complaints and am very happy with my replacement phone purchase. Overall, it was a great experience!

Bought what was supposed to be Amazon Renewed Certified Excellent IPhone 13. Was that an absolute lie!! Got the phone and the battery was dead completely, then it won’t stay on longer than 10 minutes!! Shows fully charged but once the charger is removed it just shuts off after no more then 10 minutes, sometimes sooner or immediately even though it shows battery left. When it does decide to stay on the battery goes dead in 30-40 min not even using it. That’s not even the worst part…yeah, it gets even worse!! It literally has NO/ZERO volume. The speakers have major issue! It won’t ring, won’t make any sound when playing videos or music but will randomly make a noise if you mess with the volume adjustment in the menu or if you flip the side volume lock a bunch! Randomly will make a quick sound then it goes right back to mute mode!! I bought a mute phone without knowing or intending to. It absolutely will not make sound or ring when you need or want it to but sure will just randomly spit a sound out for a millisecond!! Get this though, it will ring when called off FaceTime, then if I don’t use Bluetooth earbuds people can’t hear me when I answer or call somebody. Literally not a peep. This was supposed to be an Excellent condition Amazon Renewed IPhone according to this sellers listing!! Guess that tells you what kind of person this is selling people lies and garbage apple products claiming to be Amazon Renewed…so my opinion is steer clear from buying any electronics from this one!! Now I requested a return after paying $293.57 for this junk and basically the seller wanted me to send them images/proof the phone wasn’t working. Had to contact Amazon to get a return approved then the seller had the nerve to offer me a 10% partial refund to keep this junk phone. The nerve!! 10%?? After having the phone a few weeks and getting by with it how it is because I went a month without a phone after my previous IPhone was stolen! This was the replacement and I had to save to get it, a month without a phone is terrible and like I lost a hand…I was excited to finally get this phone and have totally dreaded sending this one back, waiting for it to be received, then wait on refund and then hope to find another phone and purchase it, then wait for it to ship, receive it and activate it. I’d be weeks again without a phone. I pondered this and drove myself nuts worrying about not having my phone again. This brought me hesitantly to the conclusion that I’ll get a partial refund and keep it…then when I can get it fixed or fix it myself and not be without a phone. After I decided this I contacted the seller and explained this and asked for 20% partial refund which would help pay for the repairs not even a small portion of what I’m sure it will actually cost me plus the headaches but 20% is all! I got a message back within a few hours and was told NO!! Said 10% is most they will refund! After all the inconvenience headache and stress this purchase has caused me this “uuuuggghhhhh!!” (Sure you know what that says) doesn’t even have the decency to give me $57 back on a garbage phone I paid $300 for! SO, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND MY OPINION AND STEER FAR AWAY AN CLEAR Of THIS SELLERS ELECTRONIC STORE OR ANYTHING THEY SELL! SCAMMER in my book and I sincerely hope this review helps somebody else avoid going through anything even remotely like my experience with this seller because the listing sure sounded convincing. But got convinced to buy trash for $300 and a terrible overall experience and a self who has zero compassion, sympathy or morals. 20% was super reasonable to me, I was gonna ask for 50% because that’s about how much of a working IPhone. Needless to say the Phone is getting returned now! They have scorned me and I’m almost to the point of never buying from Amazon again period because they will not help me other then forcing seller to accept return…no compensation for time, stress, inconvenience or losses concurred for being without my phone again. Worst consumer customer experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and I won’t forget it!

Renewed Premium sold and shipped by Amazon is the way to go

Lots of mixed reviews made me initially quite hesitant to make this purchase. But I went with Renewed Premium sold and shipped by Amazon—the device arrived in mint condition, unlocked, battery life >90%, and in Amazon’s Renewed Premium packaging which provided protection during shipping. The device also came with an original Apple charging cable in mint condition and a block adapter (not Apple) which both functioned as intended. I had no issues whatsoever. I did a significant amount of research into other options for used iPhone purchases, and I decided this was the best deal because of Amazon’s generous return policy (in the event the device had issues/damage, arrived locked to a carrier, etc) and warranty for Renewed Premium devices. My recommendation is to preferentially purchase a Renewed Premium device direct from Amazon, or if it’s another seller, then be sure to check out their reviews, policies, and info by clicking on the seller’s name. Screen quality was flawless. Zero overheating. Durable enough device, but, as with all iPhones, it is best protected in a reasonably sturdy case with drop protection and a screen protector + camera lens protector. Worth the money when you consider device repair if it is dropped/broken. Appearance is good and the Midnight color is an attractive color. Touch sensitivity was same/similar to a new device.

My renewed phone was from seller WirelessSource. It was rated Excellent when I bought it. The phone is in better than average condition, clean screen, a few chips in the finish around the corners, and a few nicks in the camera lens rims. Function was perfect and setup was easy if you've been down the upgrade road before. After setup I noticed that the battery health rating was 79%. According to the company's own specs the battery capacity for this level of renewed product should exceed 80%. I contacted WirelessSource through the Amazon relay, to their credit they responded immediately requesting the IMEI, serial and a screenshot. They offered the option of a full return or a 5% partial refund off the cost of the phone as remediation. I would have liked to exchange it but they would not advance ship a replacement and I had already set up the phone so I opted for the partial refund. Hope the battery isn't a problem in the next few years as the 5% wouldn't cover the cost of a battery replacment. On the plus side the customer service was quick, and they also included a tempered glass screen protector on the screen (which I discovered after buying one!). Not sure if this is a standard feature or leftover from the prior owner but if it was intentional it was a nice touch. My 4 stars is because of the battery issue. Had it exceeded 80% as received I would have given it 5.

Received a brand new phone. No scratches or nicks anywhere and battery is at 100%. It came in a cardboard box with cable. I went online and was able to download my content myself. Then took to carrier and had number moved over. I am so glad I found Amazon Refurbished. At 79 I just could not see paying $1000.00 for a phone so had gone back to the android but missed my iphone. Thanks to Amazon I can have my cake and eat it too and have money left over for groceries too. Ha Ha I bought premium quality and it was worth it. Thank you Amazon.

Very nice renewed iPhone 13 Pro received in green color. I thought I was getting a regular 13 but that is OK since the 13 Pro is better. 93% maximum capacity on battery initial full charge, so that is great. Full normal operation and does appear to be in excellent condition. Hope it lasts for 3-4 years. See pics of phone in a clear case and the setting screen showing battery capacity. Highly recommend and would purchase again.

I recently ordered an iPhone 13 for my son to use for school. I was a little hesitant about ordering a refurbished phone from Amazon, but the price was too good to pass up. It arrived quickly as promised, and so far, I’m mostly pleased with the purchase. However, buyers should be aware that these phones may not truly be in “excellent” condition. They appear to be rebuilt or refurbished using a combination of used and newer replacement parts. Upon inspecting the phone, I noticed visible blemishes on the back glass as well as several chips along the casing. The phone itself seems to work well so far, and considering the price, I’m still satisfied overall. However, describing the cosmetic condition as “excellent” feels misleading. I would consider the phone I received to be closer to “good” condition. If cosmetic appearance is important to you, I’d keep that in mind before purchasing.
