Description

This was a gift for our daughter on her 13th birthday, her first phone. The battery health was 95 percent, the body of the phone looked new, and it has worked perfectly for her so far. It was packaged well and shipped fast. The charge cord it came with was generic, but it works. The only reason I am rating it 4 stars rather than five is that the screen had a rather large smudge scratch. Fortunately, once a screen protector was placed on it, the scratch became difficult to see. Given that you pay more for a renewed premium product, I just don’t think the phone’s condition quite meets the promised standard. Even so, overall we are pleased with the purchase so far, and our daughter is happy with the phone. This phone came in a very protective case and box, which I'm thankful for. The screen quality is great, the camera is great, there are a few scratches on the side, which I expected anyway, when buying a refurbished product. The only thing I noticed is that my phone dies at 10% even when on low power mode, which is okay because I did expect a few flaws.
