I bought an Amazon Premium iPhone 13 to give to a friend who badly needed a new phone. It arrived in pristine condition. It booted right up and the contents of their old phone transferred while charging the battery fully. Then iOS was updated to the current version. I was very pleased to see the battery capacity was 100%! My friend has been using it for six weeks and is very happy with it. Two things that could have been better but were not big issues were 1) the battery level was 6% when it arrived and 2) the old USB to lightning cable included was defective and wouldn’t charge. I thought this would be a 5/5 and even wrote a glowing review upon unboxing it and seeing the battery life. The problem is, that it randomly glitches and goes unresponsive. Get's "stuck". Usually in the camera or video setting. Just today it screen went black while using the Marco Polo app. Honestly I wish I'd just went with a new phone. Cosmetically it looks beautiful, but the function is lacking. For a "premium" renewal, I shouldn't have technical issues already, I've only had the phone a couple weeks. I paid over $400 for an iPhone 13.... I could have spent a couple hundred more for a new phone, and I should have. Upon reading other reviews it appears this whole restoration service is a gamble/crapshoot, so ultimately I ask.... do you feel lucky? ... show more

I bought two phones. They work and are updated to the latest iOS update. The screen is a little bit scratched in both phones but it’s not very noticeable. Screen size is as described. Battery health is 86 in one and 97 in the other one.
