It has only been a couple of days, but I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The phone arrived with 1 day shipping at no extra charge, that was really important to me since my old phone had just been stolen. It arrived in excellent condition, the screen is absolutely perfect. There are just a few very tiny scratches here and there, but you really have to look hard for them. It isn't new, but very close to looking like new. The battery capacity is 85% which is normal for a refurbished item. So far the performance is great, I had no problem setting the phone up with my mobile provider. I was almost put off by the 1 star reviews saying their phone wasn't unlocked or other problems, but I'm really glad I went ahead and bought this phone. It was a great price, overnight delivery, looks practically new, and especially important I had no problems setting it up so I can have a phone again! I can't say in a year if things will be working this well, but I expect they will be. I keep my phone in a good case and I'm not rough with it. I just hope I don't get robbed again, it's tough out there at night especially for women.

I love tuis phone, it has an amazing camera with excellent picture quality. This phone is in excellent condition, as it states. It has no cracks or dents. It is very light and well worth the value as purchased for. It does not have any protection such as the screen protector or case. The only issue is the fact it is refurbished and the battery doesn’t even last a full day. I bought 2 different colors and they both have the same kind of old battery in them. The blue one is clearly refurbished because it is so slow compared to the other phone. And it is not the service because the other same exact phone works great.

The media could not be loaded. Overall great product for the price! I recieved just what I asked for, iPhone 13 with 256 GB storage in the color Pink. The phone came in great condition, no dents, scrapes or anything like that, just a few normal wear scratches on the screen, but very very small and minor. Cameras work fantastic, I have no issues with glitches and the provided charging cable worked 100%! The only few complaints I have are: I did pay for excellent and got a maximum capacity of 81% battery, I would expect a higher number for the condition I payed for; Also, under the 'what you'll get' list says that I should've gotten the SIM removal tool and I did NOT get one. And lastly, there are some areas that have what looks like dirt specks in small crevices, nothing too major and you can't really see it unless you're 10 inches or closer. Charging port also looks a bit dirty but it charged fine and fast with the cable provided. Final grading: 9.3/10, would buy again! Although there were a few let downs like Battery MC and missing the SIM tool, the value for the item in its condition is absolutely worth it. *** UPDATE *** It's been 10 days since I got it and Battery Health has already declined New rating: 7/10 Still a good offer, but deffo not the best

Despite being a renewed phone, it is in very good condition, the battery was at 90% and working perfectly, I haven’t had any complaints, the camera also the photos are of good quality, the audio works well, everything is fine. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Near-pristine condition. One tiny ding on the bezel, would be easy to 'touch-up' with a marker, but it doesn't bother me at all. Glass has zero scratches, and the battery charged-up to 100%. I recommend this seller.

This was an upgrade for my old iPhone XS Max. Phone itself is a bit smaller, but otherwise functionality is about the same. Plenty of space for everything I’ll need. As for the condition of the refurbished one I purchased it was in great shape. Battery life is at 91% maximum. There were a couple minor scratches on the buttons, but those will be covered by a case anyway. Really satisfied with my purchase and at least I didn’t have to spend $1000 on a new phone.

Last year I decided to dip my feet in the water with a new SE version 3 which performed flawlessly. I started using it a lot for work so I wanted something with a bigger battery life. Still not being a True Believer it led me to the next logical step of the iPhone 13 which I bought a renewed version from Amazon here. It is absolutely flawless. I am not able to determine the difference between this an open box or brand new. I see some bad reviews for renewed, maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones, but this phone out of the box looks brand new functions like new, but only shows 80% battery life....the software says it is genuine and replaced....but only 80%. Stil this phone rocks. I would recommend it to anybody. It's better than expected and a bargain at this price.
