I received the Amazon renewed “excellent” (top grade is “premium”). Couple dings on the bottom; rest of the sides are immaculate. Back glass and camera area and lenses, immaculate as well. Front glass only needed a touch up cleaning to get to immaculate. ONLY “negative” is the battery is at their acceptable minimum for renewed excellent of 85%. I had initially purchased an eBay’s second grade phone, with a bit of a bait and switch sitch, they did try to rectify by installing new battery, but they didn’t check/reinstall iOS, and I couldn’t get it accomplished. Amazon delivered within 24 hours, and every expectation has been met. Bear in mind, I’ve had it for a total of 6 hours, but so far, so great ;-)

*Genuine Review* because I've seen some that were obviously fake. Quit lying on the internet. Anyhow, this was a very nice purchase. I had lower expectations. But the phone came in excellent condition (as described.) The battery health being at 100% was just an added bonus. It is lighter than my iPhone 11pro, which I upgraded from. I miss my extra camera. I have only had it for a day or so, something could happened like I drop it and the screens falls off. But for now I am very optimistic. The phone is nice, clean and in great shape. Beautiful blue. It is refurbished Iphone 13 with 128gb. Paid about $290 which is a great price. I want so much to give it 5 stars but alas the battery life is 78%. A tad less than the minimum 80% Amazon refurbished is supposed to guarantee. The phone is a gift for a nephew in Peru and I think he will be geeked he is getting an Iphone and will be very pleased. So overall, very pleased just wish we had better battery health but that's okay.

It has only been a couple of days, but I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The phone arrived with 1 day shipping at no extra charge, that was really important to me since my old phone had just been stolen. It arrived in excellent condition, the screen is absolutely perfect. There are just a few very tiny scratches here and there, but you really have to look hard for them. It isn't new, but very close to looking like new. The battery capacity is 85% which is normal for a refurbished item. So far the performance is great, I had no problem setting the phone up with my mobile provider. I was almost put off by the 1 star reviews saying their phone wasn't unlocked or other problems, but I'm really glad I went ahead and bought this phone. It was a great price, overnight delivery, looks practically new, and especially important I had no problems setting it up so I can have a phone again! I can't say in a year if things will be working this well, but I expect they will be. I keep my phone in a good case and I'm not rough with it. I just hope I don't get robbed again, it's tough out there at night especially for women.

The phone is in the best condition that you can think of , with no scratches and no dents . Love it. Absolutely one of the best resales that I can recommend for others to look into if you are looking for a cheap and great phone . The only thing I can think of is the packaging of the phone . I would wish is the use of bubble wrapping and packing instead of simple no bubble wrap packing for the product even with the product in the nice box for protection. Overall 10/10 but always room for improvement

Item was in excellent condition and fired up immediately, but during the transfer of my data, it did an IOS update that made the phone go crazy. I couldn't shut it down, restart it or even log into it with my security code. Further, it had already transferred my SIM info so now my old phone was useless. There is always a risk with a refurbished phone but I've bought almost of my phones this way as I am not so into having the latest gadgets. This is the first such incident. I was issued a refund and the phone is now enroute to be returned. It wouldn't have been such a hassle had it not disabled my old SIM (which is part of the process so as not to clone a SIM). I ended up having to buy a phone and a plan at the local Walmart because I needed a phone for my work. Not the sellers fault mind you, but my first such "crash and burn" with a refurbished iPhone purchase.

Last year I decided to dip my feet in the water with a new SE version 3 which performed flawlessly. I started using it a lot for work so I wanted something with a bigger battery life. Still not being a True Believer it led me to the next logical step of the iPhone 13 which I bought a renewed version from Amazon here. It is absolutely flawless. I am not able to determine the difference between this an open box or brand new. I see some bad reviews for renewed, maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones, but this phone out of the box looks brand new functions like new, but only shows 80% battery life....the software says it is genuine and replaced....but only 80%. Stil this phone rocks. I would recommend it to anybody. It's better than expected and a bargain at this price.
