This phone came in a very protective case and box, which I'm thankful for. The screen quality is great, the camera is great, there are a few scratches on the side, which I expected anyway, when buying a refurbished product. The only thing I noticed is that my phone dies at 10% even when on low power mode, which is okay because I did expect a few flaws. I bought an Amazon Premium iPhone 13 to give to a friend who badly needed a new phone. It arrived in pristine condition. It booted right up and the contents of their old phone transferred while charging the battery fully. Then iOS was updated to the current version. I was very pleased to see the battery capacity was 100%! My friend has been using it for six weeks and is very happy with it. I thought this would be a 5/5 and even wrote a glowing review upon unboxing it and seeing the battery life. The problem is, that it randomly glitches and goes unresponsive. Get's "stuck". Usually in the camera or video setting. Just today it screen went black while using the Marco Polo app. Honestly I wish I'd just went with a new phone. Cosmetically it looks beautiful, but the function is lacking. For a "premium" renewal, I shouldn't have technical issues already, I've only had the phone a couple weeks. I paid over $400 for an iPhone 13.... I could have spent a couple hundred more for a new phone, and I should have. The phone works good and the camera quality is good. Though I have to say there are minor scratches on the bottom of the screen and the camera lens was fixed weird and there was product residue on the sides.
