I bought an Amazon Premium iPhone 13 to give to a friend who badly needed a new phone. It arrived in pristine condition. It booted right up and the contents of their old phone transferred while charging the battery fully. Then iOS was updated to the current version. I was very pleased to see the battery capacity was 100%! My friend has been using it for six weeks and is very happy with it. Two things that could have been better but were not big issues were 1) the battery level was 6% when it arrived and 2) the old USB to lightning cable included was defective and wouldn’t charge. I had another cable so no problem for us.

I bought this phone as a gift and it is great. Sometimes the camera chips out. And chip back in. Meaning when I go into the camera to take a picture it is black out but it comes back in most of the time. Overal a great phone everything functions as it should just that one issue with the camera. Apple iPhone 13, 128GB, Midnight - Unlocked (Renewed Premium). Return or replace item eligible up to one year from purchase date Amazon renewed Premium has delivered again, for the most part. Have previously ordered several models during the past many years, all premium refurbished, the majority shipped/sold by Amazon, a few times shipped/sold by 3rd party. We have been pleased, particularly with the product being sold/shipped by Amazon up to this point, including this recent purchase of Apple iPhone 13, 128GB, Midnight - Unlocked (Renewed Premium). The phone came in as described in premium condition even though upon closer scrutiny there was a very tiny blemish on the upper right hand corner. Fortunately, the blemish was not on the screen, it didn’t affect the functionality of the phone, it wasn’t really aesthetically distracting esp with a protective case so it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. See attached pictures. The iPhone 13 128 GB supports both a physical SIM slot and eSIM. We upgraded from an iPhone 8 Plus that uses a physical SIM card, instead of transferring the physical SIM, we elected to convert the line to ESIM. The conversion was relatively seamless with strong and reliable home WiFi; the data transfer of less than 75gb from the old -iPhone 8 to the new iPhone 13, took just under an hour to complete. It has been nearly 3 Months of daily usage and testing, so far so good, the battery health remains at 100%, all functionality, picture quality, audio quality remain seamless. If there is one thing worth noting for those with heavier game usage or ram usage in general, it may be prudent to increase the storage capacity to 256gb or greater. While the 128gb storage is sufficient for the most part but in comparison to a higher storage there appears to be a difference especially less frequent crashes of certain apps (gaming apps) if at all. In summary, Apple iPhone 13, 128GB, Midnight - Unlocked (Renewed Premium) sold and shipped by Amazon with it’s Return or replace item, eligible up to one year from purchase date is a terrific purchase!

The device itself looked almost brand new—no major scratches or dents, just a couple of very faint marks that are only visible under close inspection.
