Both rear cameras have larger sensors with improved light sensitivity and Dolby Vision HDR video recording, but only digital zoom and no optical zoom. The front-facing ultra-wide camera is a 12MP F2.2 one. The iPhone 13 video recording supports 4K videos at 60fps as well as 1080p video at up to 240fps. The media could not be loaded. the phone arrived a day early, and in perfect condition! I purchased the mint quality and the phone was indistinguishable from a brand new model. it doesnt come in original packaging, but does include a charger (not apple brand, but doesnt matter). its pretty affordable im a teenager who works part-time and bought this as a gift for my mom and I couldnt have asked for better quality. battery life was at 100%, and there wasnt a scratch on the phone. it is unlocked so there should be no trouble connecting it to our phone carrier. im really happy with a product itself and the quality it arrived in. if youre reading considering buying, I say do it.

Bought what was supposed to be Amazon Renewed Certified Excellent IPhone 13. Was that an absolute lie!! Got the phone and the battery was dead completely, then it won’t stay on longer than 10 minutes!! Shows fully charged but once the charger is removed it just shuts off after no more then 10 minutes, sometimes sooner or immediately even though it shows battery left. When it does decide to stay on the battery goes dead in 30-40 min not even using it. That’s not even the worst part…yeah, it gets even worse!! It literally has NO/ZERO volume. The speakers have major issue! It won’t ring, won’t make any sound when playing videos or music but will randomly make a noise if you mess with the volume adjustment in the menu or if you flip the side volume lock a bunch! Randomly will make a quick sound then it goes right back to mute mode!! I bought a mute phone without knowing or intending to. It absolutely will not make sound or ring when you need or want it to but sure will just randomly spit a sound out for a millisecond!! Get this though, it will ring when called off FaceTime, then if I don’t use Bluetooth earbuds people can’t hear me when I answer or call somebody. Literally not a peep. This was supposed to be an Excellent condition Amazon Renewed IPhone according to this sellers listing!! Guess that tells you what kind of person this is selling people lies and garbage apple products claiming to be Amazon Renewed…so my opinion is steer clear from buying any electronics from this one!! Now I requested a return after paying $293.57 for this junk and basically the seller wanted me to send them images/proof the phone wasn’t working. Had to contact Amazon to get a return approved then the seller had the nerve to offer me a 10% partial refund to keep this junk phone. The nerve!! 10%?? After having the phone a few weeks and getting by with it how it is because I went a month without a phone after my previous IPhone was stolen! This was the replacement and I had to save to get it, a month without a phone is terrible and like I lost a hand…I was excited to finally get this phone and have totally dreaded sending this one back, waiting for it to be received, then wait on refund and then hope to find another phone and purchase it, then wait for it to ship, receive it and activate it. I’d be weeks again without a phone. I pondered this and drove myself nuts worrying about not having my phone again. This brought me hesitantly to the conclusion that I’ll get a partial refund and keep it…then when I can get it fixed or fix it myself and not be without a phone. After I decided this I contacted the seller and explained this and asked for 20% partial refund which would help pay for the repairs not even a small portion of what I’m sure it will actually cost me plus the headaches but 20% is all! I got a message back within a few hours and was told NO!! Said 10% is most they will refund! After all the inconvenience headache and stress this purchase has caused me this “uuuuggghhhhh!!” (Sure you know what that says) doesn’t even have the decency to give me $57 back on a garbage phone I paid $300 for! SO, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND MY OPINION AND STEER FAR AWAY AN CLEAR Of THIS SELLERS ELECTRONIC STORE OR ANYTHING THEY SELL! SCAMMER in my book and I sincerely hope this review helps somebody else avoid going through anything even remotely like my experience with this seller because the listing sure sounded convincing. But got convinced to buy trash for $300 and a terrible overall experience and a self who has zero compassion, sympathy or morals. 20% was super reasonable to me, I was gonna ask for 50% because that’s about how much of a working IPhone. Needless to say the Phone is getting returned now! They have scorned me and I’m almost to the point of never buying from Amazon again period because they will not help me other then forcing seller to accept return…no compensation for time, stress, inconvenience or losses concurred for being without my phone again. I am extremely happy with performance. This is second time I've bought a refurbished phone through amazon. It was used in 'excellent' condition. Came with screen protector on it already. As I had hoped - its dark dark blue. It did have a few tiny scratches on screen under protector, but not upset. It looks as pictures, love the colors. It was very easy to switch from old phone to this, I love the features it has compared to the 7 plus I had before. Tiny bit smaller than the 7 plus, erfect size for me. It is very durable, especially with good case/protection acessories. I haven't had any severe problems - and I USE my phone. Like am on it 8-14 hours a day. Have done MANY overnight calls with friends. It ocassionally slightly overheats but I noticed only when bluetooth is on, plugged in, on only while on amazon app. I am very pleased. I wanted a phone that would last me 5 ish years, seems like this will do. Definitely a very good upgrade from what I had. would add photos but kinda hard to take photos of it since I would be using the phone to do so. The camera quality is very good. Fits my photographer needs. It is always a risk buying phones like these, but I did exstensive looking/research. It was truly unlocked - work with my phone comapny (att.t). Will continue to update if needed. But i waited a good month before doing this review. Way better sound quality and battery life than my previous.

Almost in Excellent shape except for a small chip on the screen. I would rate it Good condition not Excellent. Not really noticeable when using it. If you run your fingernail over it you can feel it. Other then that it works perfectly.

This phone works well! Battery health came at 84%! It keeps a charge alllllllllll day it seems. This is my husband’s phone and I have to charge my 14 waaayyyyy more than he has to! 256gb was excessive, lol, but it’s there. This was a quality purchase which I appreciate!!

Phone is in decent shape, but it arrived with the microphone/speaker ports fairly clogged up with debris, a little dirty inside of the charging port as well. For it being in “excellent condition” and refurbished, I would really expect all those things being cleaned out well as the minimum effort, when the charging port is dirty it can really interfere with being able to charge, especially with the lightning cable models. Also the microphone ports being dirty can easily make it so people can’t hear you as well on the phone and the speakers not being as loud.
