the product was recieved defective, speaker problem started right away. The back side was damaged and metal was attached to keep the glass together.

It’s like this phone is brand new. I can’t tell that it was used before. I got the 12 pro max 256gb for $500 and went to xfinity mobile to get my data swapped and it’s perfect. So easy. Bought a clear sparkley otter box case and screen/camera protector on Amazon and saved so much than going to a store. I’m so happy. My 10sx max had white lines on the screen and the back was shattered so it was time- so glad I saved going with an older model cuz this phone is literally new. I was a little skeptical at first being that the iPhone came in an android box, but other than that the phone is perfect. The iPhone is real not fake. It came with two chargers, one long, one short and two outer-boxes.

I bought the phone for my girlfriend and it works really well she had had it for about 8 months now it worked well but now the battery dies a bit faster than before but functional is good no scratches looks brand new but the battery is disappointing but we just got a power bank and it’s ok for her for now . Would recommend if needed a nice phone for a couple years make sure u buy a power bank when you purchase ... show more
