I purchased one of these in December and it received it with the speakers not working. Then the camera piece fell off. Had a horrible time trying to return it and finally got a refund about a week ago. Thought I’d order another cause the reviews were still mostly good and figured it was just an unlucky experience. Nope, received the new yesterday and it has a cracked and very scratched screen, was extremely dirty and gross and I now have to go through the whole process of returning it and waiting for a refund. Nothing negative to say at all! Phone came in mint condition no scratches or scuffs. Battery health at 100%. Phone was unlocked as advertised. Worked with my spectrum cell service flawlessly.     • Lengthy return process
ADDENDUM: On Oct 5 refund was processed. Took a while, but seller did honor the return policy. Increasing rating of experience. Product was ok initially in July. Battery life was diminished and the phone was about 2 yrs old and off Apple warranty- completely as expected. Then sadly the phone failed- became stuck in a feedback loop. The Apple store confirmed it was not fixable. Next I called support and spent 45 minutes on the phone arguing about the following Amazon Renewed return policy Full year of technical support and troubleshooting. Eligible for replacement or refund within 1-year of receipt, if you are not satisfied. Finally the representative began the return process with a label. I packaged carefully and sent the phone back at the UPS store as instructed on Sept 1- Sacramento to Las Vegas. Today is Sept 12 and according to my account they are still not accepting the return. I see where this is going. Saving myself $50-100 then loosing $610 was a poor choice. I will update if this is resolved. But for now my advice, don’t trust this seller. ... show more

I bought this phone for my wife, and she's been absolutely thrilled with it since she got it. I personally use a regular iPhone 12, but she found that too large for her personal comfort and too expensive. This phone is an excellent compromise in size and price, and getting it renewed helped massively in improving that value for money. It shares all the features of the iPhone 12, so far as we can tell, but in a smaller form factor. Apple should definitely keep making these smaller versions of their releases. ... show more
