i bought the green 12 mini, shipment did meet expectations, it was here in two days. the phone is in perfect condition as far as cosmetics. not one scratch on it. the camera quality is amazing. the battery life is at 86% which i don’t really care about because i am prone to breaking phones. my only complaint is how long the charge holds on the phone. i had an xr before, i love the size difference, i have smaller hands and the xr was too big for my preference, but the xrs battery lasted wayyyyyy longer. i was playing music off of my phone on to my cars bluetooth while using gps for only 30 minutes, the charge went from 65% to 25% in only 30 minutes. i am leaving 5 stars because i looked up online that the xr actually has longer charging hold than the mini. i’d just suggest using a car charger while driving if you need gps or want to play music. it’s stayed at 25% since i arrived to my destination. overall i am happy with my purchase.

I purchased this iPhone 12 mini as an upgrade for my iPhone SE, which was running out of storage and having difficulty taking photos at night. I have to say, the 12 Mini is an upgrade in almost every possible way. The LED display makes my video games and pictures look so much better, and the A14 processor drops fewer frames. Not to mention reliable and fast 5G connection. My particular example, however, fell a little short of my hopes (though it did meet my expectations). The product descriptions for renewed products specify that the phone will arrive with a battery health of at least 80%, and no visible defects when held at arms' length. My phone has exactly 80% battery health, and a number of scuffs on the outer aluminum frame, which, as described, are not visible at arms' length. As a result, the battery life is actually slightly worse than my SE, and I decided not to get a clear case, so the scuffs wouldn't show at all. Nothing deal-breaking, but just a little reminder that the phone *is* used, so set your expectations and read the description. Other than the battery, I am highly satisfied with my purchase, and the price.

Phone is decent with 88% battery health. Charges quickly and has minor few hairline scratches on back. I wouldn’t classify it as excellent condition as they state but I guess they have a different definition of what that means. They are almost unnoticeable to the eye unless you’re really looking at it, with a case you cannot see them. So far it’s working well, using it as a work phone so I don’t have to take my higher model. The compact size really comes in handy.

Just purchased because I was stuck with a phone that I hated but cost $500+ to pay off. This phone came within 2 days so thats a plus! I purchased in “good condition” and it arrived with no body damage whatsoever! The screen had 2 small almost unnoticeable scratches and the battery capacity was 83%. For under 300 dollars I’d say that’s not too bad. It’s been a week and I haven’t had my issues. Loving this little guy

The customer service was very helpful. I had an issue with the camera part on the phone and when I let them know they immediately responded and offered for me to return the phone and then send me a new one but unfortunately that was not an option because I was already using the phone and I had no backup to use while waiting on them to process a return and send out a replacement. Instead the seller gave me a generous partial refund for this phone to make up for the camera part not being an authentic Apple product. Good customer service goes a long way and is not going to go unnoticed. Thank you!
