I have worked with other phone renewed dealers third party from Amazon. The phones were okay but the support service was bad. Others I had issues with getting the phone in and I never saw them.Been refunded by Amazon. This phone did come with minor issues however when I contacted their service on a Thursday night at 11:00 p.m. they responded promptly and quickly and worked with me to get the replacement. The new phone seems like a new phone. AMAZING!!!. Not sure who these people are that are complaining but if you have issues please contact them and give them a chance. I did not hear any say they contacted the seller. They are not like any other third party seller from Amazon. I have never worked with any other professional company as them very helpful very good

Everything works great and battery is at 85%. However, when held at arms length scratches on screen are still very noticeable, but I don’t mind since they aren’t interfering with my ability to see anything. Seller has guaranteed on their page that when held at arms length that imperfections are not noticeable so this was not my experience. I also have the same issue that some other buyers have said they experienced in their comments that the seller sent the phone with a screen protector on. This covered up my and their phone’s imperfections well. But because I got a heads up on This tactic I removed the screen protector and found that my phone has larger scratches all over the screen. So if you’re looking for something that looks better than this just beware of the sellers tactic using a screen protector to cover up imperfections that they guaranteed wouldn’t be noticeable at arms length. Again, other than this issue it works great

i’ve had this phone for about 3 months now. It works well and the set up was very easy. the charger that comes with it charges it no problem. my battery health came in at 87% and it does die a little fast, maybe 4 hours of non stop use will drain it. but other than that it was definitely worth it. there were no visible scrapes either.

Since Apple no longer "supported" by previous iphone 6s, I bought this iphone 12 mini refurbished and unlocked. I purchased the condition of "excellent". When my phone came, it was in truly excellent condition, no scratches or marks of any kind. Runs flawlessly, looks great - just like a new phone. Battery level is 85%, which is fine since you're not suppose to charge an iphone beyond 80% anyway. Hopefully, my new iphone will provide the same trouble-free service that my previous 6s (also refurbished and unlocked) provided for 4.5 years, still functions perfectly though.

I purchased this iPhone 12 mini as an upgrade for my iPhone SE, which was running out of storage and having difficulty taking photos at night. I have to say, the 12 Mini is an upgrade in almost every possible way. The LED display makes my video games and pictures look so much better, and the A14 processor drops fewer frames. Not to mention reliable and fast 5G connection. My particular example, however, fell a little short of my hopes (though it did meet my expectations). The product descriptions for renewed products specify that the phone will arrive with a battery health of at least 80%, and no visible defects when held at arms' length. My phone has exactly 80% battery health, and a number of scuffs on the outer aluminum frame, which, as described, are not visible at arms' length. As a result, the battery life is actually slightly worse than my SE, and I decided not to get a clear case, so the scuffs wouldn't show at all. Nothing deal-breaking, but just a little reminder that the phone *is* used, so set your expectations and read the description. Other than the battery, I am highly satisfied with my purchase, and the price.

As stated in the headline, why buy new if you don't require the latest and greatest iPhone? This iPhone 12 mini looks and functions as new. The battery was below the advertised rate but the seller made it right immediately by having us replace the battery at either an Apple store or at Best Buy. The seller reimbursed us quickly for the new battery. I could not be more pleased with the equipment, the price and the performance of the seller.
